Ricardo did a great job installing a clean-out. There was a a delay related to getting some parts but fortunately the hole I dug wasn't far from the line and finding the line is the hardest part of the job. He also raked the gravel back in place and you couldn't tell there had been any digging going on. All on a hot humid August day.

Picture Rocks arrived on-time, installed the new thermostats and cleaned the units for us efficiently and it was easy to work with them.

We found a leak in our Irrigation system. Aaron promised to be at our house that afternoon. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, gave us options and related quotes. He showed up when he said he would and the problem was fixed. I would recommend Zing Plumbing and Aaron to anybody!

I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and my experience this week has fused my loyalty to Intelligent Design. My air conditioner capacitor stopped working and with one phone call their Technician Kevin was at my door 20 minutes later. When they were unable to locate a needed part Kevin brought in a portable air conditioner to keep us comfortable. When we discovered my house layout could not accommodate the exhaust hose, the owner Andrew, arranged to have us placed in a Comfort Inn Suite near our home and foot the bill. The unit is now replaced through financing that worked within my budget and is much more energy efficient! Technicians Jacob and Sammy worked from 8 in the morning until 6 at night through monsoon humidity to ensure my home would be cool and comfortable for the night. I also have a water softener system through Intelligent Design that has significantly made a difference in water quality for my family and appliances. I am grateful for the attention to detail, ability to work with my budget by offering different financing plans and the ways in which they accommodate personal needs like, finding a hotel that accepts pets. Intelligent Design has won my loyalty .

All the workers who have replaced my plumbing have been excellent. They’ve been cheerful, professional, on time, done great work and cleaned up afterwards. Brian K did a quick and excellent job of patching an overlooked hole. I will recommend Cummings Plumbing to anyone having to have their pipes replaced. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

In trying to diagnose why we were having more sewer line obstructions. Al Coronado was able to diagnose our aging sewer lines (60 years old) and give us fair estimates to resolve the problem without major interior destruction of walls and floors. Marty was extremely professional and very responsive and easy to work with. His suggestions and referrals were spot on.

Angelo was very professional. He showed up when he said he was going to be there and fixed the drain problems. We have used him several different times. I also bought an antique facet for my son's sink and Angelo worked with me to get it the way we wanted it.

I had a plumbing emergency and called a few different place's but i was getting nowhere. I then called Ram Plumbing and spoke to Patrick. I explained my plumbing issues and frustrations so far and he was beyond caring. He was able to calm me down and assured me that everything was going to be okay. He got a tech right out to my house! Professional people and excellent service

I had Jake and Jose come to my home and install a brand new kitchen sink and faucet. They replaced my whole assembly and re did the pipes underneath. Very satisfied with the work and will use and recommend in the future. Thanks H.R.P.
