They were partners in working with us to determine the source of the problems, and then worked hard to resolve them. All their staff are professional, hard-working, polite, patient. Chris, Matt, Martin, Jake, Sean, and I'm sure others whose names I've forgotten - they were all easy to work with, professional, communicated well. I will use them again, definitely! George responder to a plumbing issue with the master bath shower, which was the result of a small leak leak in the pipe for the shower head. George walked me through his plan for the repair and took my input as well, which I very much appreciated. He provided a quote for the repair at a fair price and completed the fix in a timely matter. Once completed he gave me the opportunity to review his work and see if anything worse needed to be done. Fantastic work and I would recommend Zing plumbing to anyone with a need for a plumber.

Needed air conditioner tuned and ready for the heat we all know is coming, Intelligent Design installed our AC and updated our heater so six years ago, so called to have them do a health check on AC, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Great company, veteran owned as well!

We are so glad we called Cummings when we all of a sudden lost water pressure throughout our house. It was a complex and mysterious issue. J.P. In town visiting my in-laws and their hot water heater had been out for a couple of days. Another plumber called and mentioned it would be several days to get parts or he could install a new hot water as he said theirs was on it's last legs being 6 years old. Decided to give Affordable Plumbing a call as they have received great reviews. We called in the morning and someone arrived early evening around 6, as they had said they would. We got lucky as he said he just happened to have the part he needed on the truck and was able to repair the water heater today. He did mention they may need to look into a new one as there is a component on theirs that fails and he's seen it regularly in the area. He didn't make a hard push for a new sale, just mentioned it was something to keep an eye on. We asked ballpark for an estimate on the price of a replacement heater and he quoted a price $350 below the other plumber. When this water heater goes my in-laws will definitely be calling Affordable to handle installation of the new water heater.

Braden completed our plumbing inspection. His assessment resulted in installing a hose bib, flushing the water heater, and adjusting the water pressure. His courteous attention to detail was much appreciated. Braden’s work is thorough and is offers positive and constructive feedback regarding our plumbing. Anthony was great, he did an amazing and efficient job. He took less than an hour and fixed everything for us. He was very professional and had everything he needed. Price was reasonable and he has great customer service.

We had an emergency with a water heater in our house. Same day service obtained and Paul kept me informed when he was to arrive. Although I wasn't home for the initial consultation, he kept me informed, sent pictures and gave me options for the repair and set a bypass for the heater so we wouldn't loose more water. The next day, he replaced the water heater. Imperial Plumbing kept me informed at all times of my appointments and texted informing me when he was to arrive. David showed up on time with the right parts via a picture I texted him. He solved my leaky shower faucet and replaced the valve cartridges. His price was very reasonable and he finished in less than an hour. I will use this company again.

We had a leaking main waterline to our home. We called and they were great on the phone. Christopher came out and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He worked hard to find the leak. It ended up being a two day job. Both Johnny and Christopher came the second day and finished the job. The pipe was about 4’ down. Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
