I am a retired renewable energy technician. I had Intelligent Design preform my semi annual maintenance on my AC unit. Eric was very professional as I observed him taking the reading of the blowers and pressure on the compressor. He went to the trouble to explain how the unit was running and how to preserve the unit for future years. The company is very professional in their dealings customers and I highly recommend then for maintenance and sales and installation.Upon completion he took readings inside the home at vents to verify everything was operating at peak.

I was very pleased with the quick, efficient work Ken did for us the other day. We had a bad leak and needed to have the water heater drained. He did both and the new valve looks great. We feel good about using Cummings Plumbing in the future.

We bought a new refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser. The people that delivered the refrigerator hooked up the water line but couldn't get the water flowing. I called Affordable Plumbing. David H. came out and had the water flowing and the dispenser working in about 5 minutes. Best of all, he didn't even charge me for the visit!! This is the fourth time I've used Affordable Plumbing. Their work has always been top notch; their staff always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly; and their prices always very reasonable. I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

Very happy with Goettl's services. Had a new hvac system installed and everything went perfectly. From sales to finance and install techs. David in sales was friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of our options with all the information I needed. Everyone with financing was professional and never missed a detail. Our install guys, Jorge and Gio were amazing. Our old units were removed and the new equipment installed the same day! The quality of work and commitment to excellence were obvious in every person we dealt with. I would definitely use Goettl again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

5 Stars. On Tuesday 9/30/20, Anthony responded to my frantic call. The upstairs bathroom of our rental townhome has leaked and caused damage to the upstairs carper and downstairs bathroom ceiling, etc. Knight Owl Plumbing was recommended by one of our friends. Anthony was on site within the hour and worked until 9:30pm to perform of the needed repairs and was fair and reasonable in terms of cost. Couple of days later, I had handful of to do plumbing items at my home and he was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Again, he was fair and reasonable. I recommended Knight Owl Plumbing to several of my close neighbors and I highly recommend them should you have plumbing needs.
