Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.

Had a water leak where it comes into the house. Joe came over and fixed the leak. That evening, my water trickled to a drip. I called Dunn and they were out first thing in the morning.

If i could give minus stars i would. They made an appointment just to cancel it. The lady on the phone said that they were to busy with businesses and didnt have time for me. I found them on home advisor, they should vet better.

Very polite and informative young man, (I forgot his name). He stayed and waited while we figured out who would replace pipe and even did the work my maintenance should have done so we didn't have to wait for maintenance to repair it.Scheduled time for repair was done to also accommodate my needs as I work from home and had meetings all day. They came on my lunch hour which was much appreciated.Thank you for the assistance and easing my mind alot.

I didn't know what they did could even be done!! Ivan was the gentleman in charge of the work that was getting done and he was phenomenal, to say the absolute least. I'm not talking about a leak or a clogged pipe here either, people! I'm talking Indiana Jones meets Mission Impossible in real-life. Ivan was impeccable. He's like the Michael Jordan of his craft. He's the Zero from Holes!!!
I had nothing but positive encounters with everyone I spoke to and met at TAZ but honestly, I didn't even have to speak with anyone else from the company because Ivan knew EXACTLY what he was doing and scheduled the the time he'd be arriving the next day directly with me the each day before leaving, so there was no need for me to speak to anyone else.
If you have a leak or a clogged pipe, ummm... I'm quite sure they (although I can personally only speak for Ivan) could do it with their eyes closed.

Derek and Cesar came out and did a great job repairing my shower faucet. They wore masks and were very professional.
