I purchased a Living Social deal for Intelligent Design for an A/C inspection for a house that my wife and I had just purchased. The technician arrived on time and called when he was on his way. The technician was very professional and friendly, and answered any questions that I had. I felt very comfortable using this company and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should the need arise!

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. John and Steven installed the Green Fusion Water Softener/Filter at our residence on Feb. 11th 2022. We were called that morning with an ETA. They arrived on time. John and Steven were professional and worked very neatly. Both were extremely helpful and answered all our questions and explained how our new system functioned. We LOVE the Green Fusion Water Softener and how much better our water quality is now. No more spots on our appliances/sinks and the soft water in our shower is excellent. We were shown pictures and videos of the work done under our home and given detailed information regarding the install.

I needed a repair on my water main to my house. They were very responsive and came within an hour of when I called. The repair was done very thoroughly as I watched the process.
