Best Trenchless Sewer Repair in Tucson AZ

The technician explained the problem with my old A/C unit and gave me the options on what I could do to fix it. He was knowledgeable and didnt try to just sell me a new A/C. In the end, the best option was a new A/C, but even then he suggested keeping all working parts. I felt like he was trying to save me money, and I appreciated that.The installers were nice, punctual, and easy to communicate with. I was please with the quality of the installation.The technician who replaced my anode rod was very helpful as well. I know how to replace it myself, but the price of the rod and installation was economical enough that it was worth having him do it for me.The last maintenance call was slightly less that 5 stars, but they are promtly sending out another technician to take another look at the A/C unit, so that makes up for maybe a 4 star visit.Overall I think this is a very professional company that cares about it's customers and it reputation. The quality of service is proof of this.

AJ kept me up to date - letting me know when he would arrive and checked in the day before.

He got right to work after I showed him the problem and was done within an hour.

Super personable, real professional. Explained every step of the way and then gave me some tips to prevent the problem in the future.

Just had all the old cast iron lines in my house rehabilitated by them and I am confident that the work was done right. Even had to excavate through the tile floor and slab inside the house to make sure the job was done right (the old pipe was really in bad shape). Professional people and excellent service

I would definitely recommend Plumber of Tucson. They replaced the poly pipes and water heater, and installed my glorious new kitchen sink. The team was professional and courteous at all times. They also coordinated all necessary drywall work with another contractor which was super helpful.

They did a major water line replacement for a client. I had checked the progress of the work and the plumbers we excellent in showing what they did and were very detail orientated. Afterwards they also flushed out the lines of any dirt. Great company.

I've used Derek and his helper two times now. Since he was reasonable the first time(professional and showed up on time) I called him yesterday for a simple fix on copper pipe that needed soldered and since I don't have that knowledge or tools for the job I figured it would be a quick in and out for about $100.00, boy was I wrong! What I got WAS excellent work and quick in and out efficiency and my water back on to my house but the price tag was $200!!!!( My husband did negotiate with him for a final bill of $175) I have been using a handyman for $75.00 per hour and felt that was a little bit high but this job would have been more like $300. per hour. Yikes! My bad though for not asking for the price up front...

Jake did a great job fixing a leak under the slab with minimum disturbance. It involved some jackhammering but he cleaned up before he left and I am appreciative of that. My neighbor recommended Plumber Kings and I won’t be using anyone else. Thanks Jake, Chris, and Robert (who found the leak).

Albert Gonzalez and Chace were absolutely wonderful. This was a big, complicated job, where they had to strategize workarounds to retrofit my old house. They did a thorough, elegant and professional job that left no loose ends or callbacks, including cleaning up afterwards.Albert in particular went way above and beyond, working late twice to ensure he left me with running water overnight.Albert was also an excellent communicator, explaining what he was doing, and also listening to my concerns. Give him a raise!!This is the second time I have had a Strongbuilt installation, and I will not go anywhere else in the future.Laura T
