Best Trenchless Sewer Repair in Tucson AZ

We replaced our swamp cooler with AC from Intelligent Design a few years ago. It works great and service including our annual check this week have been excellent. Eli was great! Communicated what time he would be arriving and answered all of our questions. Very friendly and professional service.

Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

I had a leak on a hose bib. They were very responsive and were out here right away. Very thorough on the job, professional, and listened to what the issue was. While Jeremy was here, I had some other issues I needed a quote on. He was able to quote it quickly and I will be scheduling it soon. They are a little bit more expensive than others but after having 2 disasters with lower cost plumbers... I would recommend Cummings Plumbing.. I guess its true what they say... you get what you pay for. Cummings Plumbing is worth it.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! I've found my go-to plumbers for life.

Jorge and Robert came out to check my hot water heater. I was unable to get the pilot light to relight. They got it relit and we discussed why it had been shutting off. They diagnosed the problem and agreed to return by Friday (hopefully) or Monday at the latest to replace the deficient part. Both Jorge and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I'll update to let you know how the repair goes!

I had an excellent experience with Chris and his crew. He was very professional with an eye to detail. Came out for a quote on Monday and the work was completed the next day. Already used him again for another project. Treated my house like it was his and explained every aspect of the job. Definitely would recommend!

04/14/2023We recently had a sewer problem. Contacted Customer Service and they sent Dave Tobara out to use the snake to clear the line. It ended up that the sewer line was broken and so sent another technician Charels to use the camera. We got an estimate on installing the Perma Liner, and decided to have the work done.Dave Tobara and Logan came out and dug the hole for the equipment and also were responsible for installing bi-directional clean outs and filling the hole back in. Dave Tobara and Logan did an excellent job and went above and beyond to help our situation. We really appreciated the professionalism and care for the customer.I would also like to give Dan, Chase and RJ for their professionalism on the installation of the perma liner. They kept us inform of the progress and what was being done every step of the way. We appreciate that the customer was kept up to date.We did have a few problems with this contract, but Strongbuilt gave us compensation for the difficulties on this job.Again, Dave Tobara and Logan were great as well as Dan, Chase and RJ.B Atkinson11/23/2022Kevin Norton came out and did the annual 20-point inspection on the heating/AC. He was great!!! Gave use updates on how everything was working and corrected a couple of items. He also suggested a Home Surge Protector, we went head and opted to have this done. Kevin and Seth were very professional, and the installation did not take any time at all. Now our home is protected.I would recommend Strongbuilt for Heater, A/C, surge protectors, water heater and general maintenance, they are a great company09/27/2022Had a new hot water tank installed by Bobby. Great job, he explained everything to us and clean-up was great. I would really recommend Strongbuilt. We now have had A/C, Heater and Hot water tank installed. Love the service.07/17/2022The thermostat was blank, so we had no A/C with the temp outside over a hundred. Called and there is Tech named Anthony Moreno was out in a couple of hours.Explained the problem and he know right what to fix, took him less than 15 mins.The Service was excellent!!!!Love this company.03/09/2022We had StrongBuilt install a new A/C and heater. The technicians Karl, Kyler and Curtis were the best. They kept us informed every step of the way. This was a great value, we checked around and compared.The clean-up was also great, you could not tell they were here.Included is what StrongBuilt calls Panda Care, this is a maintenance of the A/C and Heater twice a year and includes plumbing.I would highly recommend StrongBuilt.
