Taylor came out for 1st time visit. Very profrssional and knowledgeable. Had a few recommendations from a few things he saw. Recommended a revisit since I had just replaced my AC and Solar Panels. We had double trouble - a hot water leak beneath the foundation slab, and it was time to replace our water heater. Rocky and his team (Jonathan and Lou) were on the problems quickly, and although the start was mid-afternoon, they stuck with their work into the evening until everyone was satisfied that the leak was definitely fixed. Incidentally, the leaking pipe was in a difficult place in very close proximity to a plastic drain pipe. Repairing the hot water copper pipe could have caused damage to the drain pipe, but Rocky worked cautiously and meticulously to ensure that all was well in the end. Even filled and sealed that slab when the repair was completed. Best of all, the cost was was more than fair compared to the estimates we had received from other companies. AArow will definitely be our go to plumber from now on.

We called Bio Remedies about clogged kitchen and bathroom sinks. They responded promptly, and they knew exactly how to fix everything. The two plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They cleared the drains quickly and did not leave a mess. We will use them for all our plumbing needs, and we recommend them highly. They are the best.

Austin was very informative, instructional, compassionate and down to earth when explaining and showing us how to/and helping us setup our project. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He is our 'GO--TO, NO NONSENSE GUY'. He is our professional that we will use for the present/future of our home. Austin is ethically/morally solid, and that is a fantastic trait to have!
UPDATE: called Austin S. for another job to install a sewage line and he did a fantastic job! Thorough and cleaned up to perfection. Will be calling again for another job soon!

I used Dunn Plumbing for a clean out installation and a Hydrojet service. They were quick to respond and incredibly reasonable in price. They were also professional, friendly, and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing service.

had my shower handle fall off. Plumber of Tucson was called to come and install a new handle I was worried that a new handle and possibly a new cartridge would be needed which would have been very expensive. However, Josh and Jerry reconnected my original shower handle and did not charge me anything. Wow! what great service and customer service. When I need plumbing service in the future I will call Plumber of Tucson and request Josh and Jerry.

Me. Rooter came out on a Sunday for our drained sink and didn’t even charge us extra. Also, Jose Landeros was such a great help and super nice!

Job was done good and the guy that came out was nice would totally recommend them to anyone.

Grateful that Ben with TAZ Plumbing was able to unclog our pipe that another plumber couldn't because the other plumber didn't have the right snake. Ben was very professional.

I needed to replace a tankless water heater that supplies hot water for a kitchen and a bathroom in a small home without a bulky water tank. I asked for a quote from the company that has a maintenance contract on my ac system, but found that claiming expertise with tankless equipment and possessing it is not the same thing. The tech claimed to have ordered parts but then never showed up, and although dispatch asked for patience, that was a month ago. So, I started over & asked for recommendations on my neighborhood list, and a neighbor recommended Strongbuilt and mentioned John Mancini by name. I called, he came, we discussed options and he went off to do some research. An electrician came to scope out the job, and I had a quote within the week (a weekend slowed down the process a little). I took the bid and we arranged a day about a week out (another weekend and a holiday slowed us again). I did not hear anything and wondered if I was going to have a repeat ‘amnesia experience’. Then on the day, I received texts and emails—they were on their way. Three electricians, two plumbers. I estimate the former put in about 18 hours, while the latter put in about 20 hours. The job was more difficult than they anticipated, and I don’t think they can have made much profit on the job. But there was never any panic or rush and they cleaned up carefully after themselves the next day. Oh, and I now have hot water! We are very pleased, and I am talking with Tania about moving my maintenance contract over to Strongbuilt.
