After 2 months being away, we came home to no A/C. In AZ. in July that's not good. Called one local place, they wouldn't come for 3 days. Called Cummings, they came same day (in fact, 2 hours later). They diagnosed, temporarily fixed to get us through the day, and were here the next day to replace equipment. I am very happy with this company, the crew, and will recommend and use again.

They were amazing in every way. Explaining procedures and doing everything just right. Clean trucks with specialized equipment. Worked hard on hot muggy days. Communication was great. Just great company.

We had a seriously backed up kitchen sink, with dirty water coming up into the sinks. Drain Medics responded quickly and professionally to our situation. They went above and beyond when they came out on a Saturday, making sure that the job got done that day and done right!! First they had to snake the pipe of the sludge that built up in our plumbing (the photo is just some of the backup that came out of our pipes!!!). Then, Drain Medics used their hydro jet hose to clean the plumbing lines—ensuring that the pipes were completely clear and the water was draining. I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend Dunn. They are amazing, and very professional. They wore masks each and every time they came to do work. When we had an emergency, they came within 15 minutes. The guys are all really nice and do awesome work!

Professional people and excellent service

It has been about six weeks since Plumbers of Tucson replaced my water heater and installed a Green Fusion water softener system, and I am very happy with the results. The RUUD heater seems to be very efficient and the Green Fusion system has made a tremendous difference in the quality of our water. The installation was flawless, and the guys were extremely professional and friendly. They even bailed me out of a minor issue I was having elsewhere in the house. I've already recommended Plumbers of Tucson to a couple of friends, and will continue to do so.

It took 3 days and 6 phone calls to get the service scheduled. We rent and the home owners had to call in an approve the service, which they did the evening before we were scheduled for, but apparently that was never documented on our record because the technician showed up without the approval that was called in and refused to look at our shower drain without the homeowners approval. We had to call the guy we rent from while he was at work to have him approve the service again. That was the second time information wasn't conveyed/ documented. I missed the initial call notifying me that the technician was available and confirming that I was at home (I was in a meeting and couldn't answer). I called back about 15 minutes later and confirmed everything and was told the technician was on their way. An hour later I received another call from a woman named Rochelle asking if I was available so that she could schedule the technician. The technician actually showed up 3 hours after the first phone call saying they were on their way... The whole thing was unbelievably disorganized and I won't be using this service again.

Professional company and very clear communication give time to understand our requirements and completed the work to excellent standard very quickly. Their plumbers are friendly as well and they are always reliable and their work is excellent. Very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable and they don't overcharge. Highly recommended if you want to get great services.

As new home owners the last thing you want is an a/c to give you issues. With the help of Strong built they made it super easy. From when I 1st called Chachi was so kind & professional then the tech who came out Brent was also great. My grandmother was there when he came she was very pleased with how respectful he was & useful information was given for us to follow up with him . In the end I am glad i called these guys this stressful situation was so easy & even a follow up call was made by Chachi .Real caring down to earth people here!!
