So I spoke with the front office and explained very clearly what installation we needed and she explained that was fine and it shouldn't be a problem.. I specifically asked if there was a hourly minimum and she clearly stated There was not!!! It would be quoted by the job and they could handle that simple install. Two technicians came into my home to deny a ten minute fix to quote a minimum of 165$ charge. My wife sent them packing. I came home from work the following day and installed it in literally less than. 10 minutes and I have no experience as a plumber... I was highly disappointed in those technicians. Absolute thieves!!

We called Bio Remedies about clogged kitchen and bathroom sinks. They responded promptly, and they knew exactly how to fix everything. We didn't have a great experience the first time around, but the ownership owned up it to while being very professional and supporting his crew. They made it right, so they will get a second chance if it comes up.

They came on time the next day. Did a good job. The price was reasonable.

Unbelievable they’ve gotten positive reviews - our home warranty sent them out to us and they tried high pressure scare tactics to do $5K + work telling us if we didn’t get it done the next day we’d be looking at the tens of thousands in repair. I stalled them to get competitive quotes and had the work done by someone else for a few hundred. It gets worse though - turns out what they claimed was wrong wasn’t and the bulk of what they said wasn’t true. The owner even called when they suspected we were going with someone else and offered a thousand dollar discount.

Very shady business practices and will be reporting to the AZ contractor license board. Who knows who else they’ve scammed with these untrustworthy practices but beware of this company and if you have to deal with them because of a home warranty - question everything they say and get a second opinion from another company.

I found Derek and his team to be very punctual with great quality work. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my drain in a timely manner! The price was fair and I would recommend him to others for any plumbing needs. I will be using his service again should the need arise!

Had some work done by Plumber Kings. A faulty faucet part caused me to call them to replace it. Even though the initial work was done last summer Robert came to the house the day after I called and covered the repair with their warranty. Robert and his company are great. Wonderful experience.

Nate was great! Had an issue on a Friday with my HVAC. Strongbuilt showed up the same day which is a real plus in Tucson in the middle of summer. Nate diagnosed the problem and made a temporary fix so I had aircon for the weekend! Got the part the following Monday and was here first thing in the morning and made the permanent fix. Outstanding!!!
