Condenser fan quit running and I thought the motor went out. I called mid morning and Nick was out by early afternoon. It was the capacitor not the motor. He made sure our system was running fine before leaving. He was very courteous and didn't try to sell me more parts than I needed like other companies.

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

Affordable Plumbing recently replaced all of the polybutylene plumbing in our 1995 home. Angello and crew (Mark, Rick, and Dave) were personable, efficient, dependable and left us each day with a clean house and running water for the night. They used their ingenuity to make as few cuts in the walls as possible. They were always on time and worked with our schedule needs. Best of all Affordable Plumbing is affordable. They earned their 5 stars.

Recommended through my home warranty provider. Great experience! Agile plumbing responded quickly and they were knowledgeable and polite, would highly recommend. We had a hot water heater replaced and also received a quote for another project and the price was very competitive, we will be using them for all of our future plumbing!

We had another plumber company come out to the house and were told that we need to do all sorts of repairs ranging from $5k to over $13k. Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion and so called these folks out. They were on time, courteous, and very forthcoming. Turns out, we don't really need to have anything done to the plumbing right now. Knowing that we had already been told to do a huge amount of work, it would have been easy to make something up to make a buck. I appreciate the integrity it takes to say, nope, no need to do any work right now. Things look good. Next time we have a need, we'll be calling Plumber of Tucson back!

I’m not happy about the price of services (and I contested this with the company), but that is not the purpose of my review. The purpose of my review is poor customer service and a refusal to assist with a company-created problem.

A technician came to my home to install a faucet and a garbage disposal and soon after he left, I got a large leak in the kitchen where he performed work. Water had gone all over my floor and it saturated the wood under my sink. I called the company and someone said they would send a technician out to fix the leak. It’s been several hours since I made contact with the company and they haven’t called me back or sent someone out to help. I’ve called the company several times since then and my calls are getting it ignored. The technician also won’t call or text me back. The leak is still happening and I’m being blown off. I thought the company would give me a heads up before the night about their efforts to fix this but that doesn’t appear to be happening. This isn’t great customer service and this is a sure way to make sure I don’t use this company again.
