At midnight, my apartment complex had a plumbing emergency and I had to contact everyone and ask them not to use the water or flush toilets until fixed. I called 6 businesses that advertised 24 hour service. DrainMasters was the only company that came out immediately, and came out the next morning as well. The woman on the phone was prompt, courteous and responsive. The guys that fixed my emergency: Mike, Andrew and Matt were all so very helpful. Thank you, DrainMasters! Now I know who I can rely on ! ! !

Best Priced Plumbing fixed a leak in my bathtub faucet, installed a new kitchen faucet, replaced my water heater valve and two outside water faucets. Great job, super people, and not over priced. I really recommend them!

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

I came home from work to find my Central Air Conditioning had stopped functioning and called Cummings Plumbing right away. They had a technician who came out within 2 hours of calling, and he diagnosed the problem immediately. Fortunately it ended up being a minor part failure in an older unit. He swapped out the faulty component and had the unit fixed up within minutes. I can’t thank Cummings Plumbing enough for their outstanding service and professionalism! Now my house it cool again. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

I called Goettl to inquire about a water softener or conditioner yesterday morning. In the afternoon they were able to set me up with with an in-home technician visit the next day. The technician was at my home at the agreed time. He explained in detail that I had five options for either a water softener or a water conditioner. He also explained in detail the difference between the two and how each worked. He then made an inspection of my home to determine where to best place the components and how to install them to the home water system. He came back to me for my decision on which system would best fit my family’s need. Once that decision was made we moved on to Goettl’s pricing and payment options. Lastly the technician determined when he could get the components so we could determine an install date. The Goettl technician was very personable and professional. He explained the options available in detail and answered all my questions. It was enjoyable to do business with the Goettl folks. They were on time and positive. I look forward to a long relationship with the Goettl organization.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. Imperial plumbing showed up on time was polite and courteous Elmer provided me with multiple options to fix my tub, took care of my clogged drain efficiently was clean and excellent!!

I had an electrical problem leading to our community pool lights . Both electricians worked for 4 1/2 hours and located the issue. Professional and polite. Would recommend them.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.
