Brian Hall was the technician that came out to my residence. He seen the situation and very professional solve the problem. His experience and job knowledge was display in his work. He also had the best interest of the homeowner and not to make it a costly expense.

Isaac was very professional and did a great job! He was able to quickly address the problem and did a great job with explaining what was happening and what the long term solutions are.

Jose, Jake and Chris Fixed an unexpected major plumbing problem in the kitchen and did it quickly and thoroughly. Going out of their way to get it done before family came to town.

We didn't have a great experience the first time around, but the ownership owned up it to while being very professional and supporting his crew. They made it right, so they will get a second chance if it comes up.

Great customer service and skilled repair tecnician

Dan did an excellent job and did it quickly. He also came only a couple hours after I called for help.

Unbelievable they’ve gotten positive reviews - our home warranty sent them out to us and they tried high pressure scare tactics to do $5K + work telling us if we didn’t get it done the next day we’d be looking at the tens of thousands in repair. I stalled them to get competitive quotes and had the work done by someone else for a few hundred. It gets worse though - turns out what they claimed was wrong wasn’t and the bulk of what they said wasn’t true. The owner even called when they suspected we were going with someone else and offered a thousand dollar discount.

Very shady business practices and will be reporting to the AZ contractor license board. Who knows who else they’ve scammed with these untrustworthy practices but beware of this company and if you have to deal with them because of a home warranty - question everything they say and get a second opinion from another company.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!
