Chris and Roy did a fantastic job replacing our leaking pipe. They were very professional and gave us an honest opinion. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and they did a superb job. Much thanks to these guys and the company!

I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

I am writing to tell you how unhappy and disappointed I am in Strongbuilt.I have a leaking duct under my mobile home.Yesterday, Brandon Hicks and another tech answered my service call. Brandon literally took five minutes to place his tablet/camera under my home and take 2 pictures (or videos), and then proceeded to make up 2 estimates for the next ten minutes. The other tech just basically stood there and watched.I paid for my service call, and they started to leave, and I had to remind them to please replace the access grate under my home.After a couple of hours, I called the office to get a copy of the pictures/video and the estimates.What I actually received was a copy of my bill and a picture of the front gate of my park. Like that is going to do me any good.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

Honestly don’t know how this company has so many positive ratings . They are careless & rude unprofessional and unexperienced and do not care about there customers.This company needs to train everyone on how to be professional and greet your customers and introduce there selfs & to show empathy even if they deep inside don’t feel it or don’t like there job & how not to talk down on your other co workers as well because that makes them look very unprofessional . I read there website and it said they charge a flat rate fee then the guy we had came out said he would charge per hour plus the estimate that they had already gave us no one never explain that to us either they overcharge or these guys are trying to make side money for themselves either way I strongly do not recommend this company at all & I will never get service from there again . They say they provide good service that there professional and what not and honestly that’s all a big lie .Seriously if there was star ratings for negative feedback I would select them all . You guys want quality service and people who actually care and want to get the job done I strongly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air !

Great customer service from the first phone contact with the office to the service call. They called within 15 minutes of the home warranty agency providing my number and they had their staff out the very next day. He took the extra step of giving tips on how to more efficiently use the digital A.C. panel before completing the fix on the roof unit. This was the second provider sent by the home warranty people, after abysmal service from the first provider. Wish they would have used Desert Star first.
