Valentine Plumbing

This is the third time Valentines had helped me with major leak repairs. These folks are awesome, professional, and punctual. Whenever you need a plumber, call Valentines first.

They send a plumber who cannot do the job. then I was told he would not return to finish the job for a week (7 days). He took a specially sized adapter with him to look for parts that fit????? I told him that I could have the proper part within 2 days but he still said it would be seven days before he returned!! When I asked for the part he took to be returned to me I was told it would take 10 t0 12 hours to get it back to me.
This is the crappiest service I have ever experienced. The only reason I give one star is because I cannot give one half or less!!!!

These guys are great, punctual, skilled, and the clean up after themselves. I wouldn't call anyone else!

They did a fast and wonderful job fixing broken pipes under our yard and re-piping our house. The owner of Valentine Plumbing oversaw and kept us up-to-date on the work they were doing when we couldn't be home or when they were trying to work with our landlords. They also took great care in making sure all work inside and outside didn't affect our animals by barricading any holes dug and regularly checking on how they're doing. By far one of the best experiences with a plumbing company I've ever had.

They did come and fix my shower which I'm greatful but it took them 2 and a half weeks to do.

Unbelievable price and service! We had a major gas leak under the house and had two plumbing companies come out for estimates. Spartan Plumbing estimated over $6800.00 to replace all the gas lines without replacing our 25 year old leaky water heater which I thought was excessive. Kenny from Valentine Plumbing came out a few days later and gave us an estimate of $2500.00 to replace all the gas lines AND the water heater. As you might imagine I went with Valentine. Kenny and his crew came out last Friday, replaced the water heater and gas lines in 6 hours. Since our propane tank was red flagged I had to wait until Monday for Ferrelgas to hook the tank back up to the house and everything ran perfect. Then I get a call later that night and it's Kenny ensuing that everything went well once it was hooked up. We were one happy family: hot showers and a working stove! Thanks Kenny and all the folks at Valentine Plumbing.

We have had a sewer gas smell in one of our bathrooms for years. Nothing I did worked.

I gave up trying and decided to bring in the professionals. Scott Valentine and his helper came out and smoke tested my sewer vent system. Before getting started though, he ran his camera down the vent to find the cleanout. It took him 2 minutes to find the cleanout. He expertly raised the clean out just above ground level in case we needed it later.

Back to the smoke test - they set up the system and pumped non-toxic smoke into the system. Out came the smoke from under my toilet. I replaced the wax rings years ago with rubber seals. Turns out, that wasn't a good idea. I tried four different seals over the years. None of them worked. Scott put a couple wax rings in and solved the problem. He also noted that the plastic water supply line was old and he recommended replacing the line with a metal braded line to avoid a broken water line disaster. He had everything needed on his truck.

He verified the seal was good by rerunning the smoke test and then discovered the OTHER toilet in the hall bathroom was also leaking. This one had a broken flange. Scott made short work of repairing the flange and installed a double wax ring. No leaks.

His work was thorough, professional, clean, and fairly priced. We are odor free now. Thanks Scott and Isaiah. We will definately call on Valentine plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

We have had Valentine Plumbing coming to our house for various repairs and water heater replacement they are very convenient and answer calls even in the evening and will come on weekends. The staff are respectful, helpful and friendly would recommend their service for home plumbing needs. Prices are fair and standard.

Their after hours response on a weekend was fast and professional. They were very helpful in getting a leak detection service on-site and their repairs were prompt and with communication throughout the repair project. Will definitely recommend them to fellow property managers. They are my plumber of choice!

Incredible service. What a mess I had this weekend. It was my son's birthday and we were celebrating Fathers Day. I had a ton of people from out of town staying in my home. On Sunday morning the drainage from my washing machine became blocked and caused a toilet to over- flow, flooding my bathroom and hallway. I called Valentine Plumbing (please remember that this is Sunday AND Father's Day); they had a service technician at my home within one hour! I was expecting a huge bill (I would have gladly paid it - I was desperate), but the final cost was extremely reasonable. As a business owner myself, I am aware of how difficult it is to run a successful business. Valentine Plumbing will be the only company I call in the future. Awesome job!

Moved into a new rental house and had plumbing problems from day one, until... my landlord sent out a very nice man from Valentine Plumbing. Where the previous 3 people had snaked the toilet and left, this guy, even though it was Friday night, fully removed the toilet and actually SOLVED the problem. USE VALENTINE PLUMBING IF YOU WANT IT FIXED THE FIRST TIME.

We cannot day enough about Valentine Plumbing and the fabulous work they did at our house. We were in a bind and they made time for an entire redo of the sewer, water lines, and gas. Very professional, excellent work, and timely delivery. You cannot go wrong hiring this company no matter the size of the job!

We had a handyman install a new vanity and the handyman found a problem with the pipe going up to the faucet. He told us to get a licensed plumber. The plumber from Valentines was very polite and competent. He made the repair and was thorough and efficient. The pricing was very reasonable. Going forward we will always use Valentine Plumbing.

I would absolutely recommend these guys. I called him out after finally water all over my bathroom floor and they came out in a few hours. It turns out that I didn't have an issue with the pipes and that it was an issue that I had accidentally caused myself. The techs were very nice as well as professional, walked me through what happened, thanked me for the call, and didn't charge me. You don't find a lot of companies with those types of ethics anymore. I'll be using them for everything going forward.

Valentine plumbing came out to my rental house to fix the leak in the kitchen sink on the rental house I moved into 3 weeks ago. They were quick to respond and after being told the work could not be done until it was approved by the owner, they waited outside for almost 45 min hoping to get the go ahead. Two hours later they called and said they were coming back at 8 at night to fix it. I'm incredibly grateful for their caring demeanor and desire to fix it in the evening when they didn't have to. Thank you Valentine plumbing!

I am the local rep for a Home Warranty Company and Valentine is our one of our plumbers. When I get customers calling to thank me for sending such an amazing guy out I know we have a winner. I only get the unhappy calls. They are wonderful! Making my job nicer.

Valentine Plumbing is my go to plumber for all our plumbing needs. They did our inspection when purchasing a home and have now come out, on two separate occasions to handle emergency after hours jobs, quickly and efficiently doing excellent work at reasonable prices.

Valentine Plumbing is the only business I have found that responds promptly to help assess the situation to help asap. In July, I had a suspected pipe leak and Pam fit me in immediately, guided me through the process and fixed the actual toilet leak as the problem. Taught me several things to watch for and showed why it was undetectable.

Now, I had several issues at once in my rental building! Small issues but important ones, especially for tenants. Shower faucet fell off for a tenant and kitchen sink faucets leaking, all from hard water corrosion. Again, prompt and courteous response and an appointment the next day. Ken was great working around tenant availability. Called me with each decision. In no time at all, everything was fixed or new depending on what was needed and at very reasonable price!

I will always use them for my plumbing needs. You cannot find a better contractor that you can trust like this in Tucson. They respond, show up, are kind, honest and professional from start to finish.

Plumbing emergency at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Called back within 10 minutes to reply to a voicemail, had a plumber out within an hour. This was the second time using this company and both plumbers were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
