Everyone involved in the process was amazing to work with. I felt like I was in the loop the entire time. You can tell the professionals are happy to be there and are all positive. Honestly a great experience. Trenching, new gas line installed outside, new gas line run through ceiling, relocate and upgrade to tankless water heater, back filled trench and patched concrete slab.

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

Appersons were very consistent in meeting the needs of my repairs. They were professional and very kind. Appersons worked with my schedule and took their time in doing a good work. I highly recommend them.

Me and my boyfriend just reanted a house through blue fox properties. We had just moved in and we had no hot water. Justin Picard was the one who came out to fix the problem. Justin showed up when he said he would and went to work right away. He was very respectful and kind. He got the job done in a timely manner and left no mess behind him. He even found ways to use our boxes left over from our move to cover the carpet as he brought in the new water heater. He did a very good job

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

These guys treated me great from the first phone call to the end of the job. I’m a small business owner here in Tucson and I had an unusual job, (to say the least), that needed to be done. They came out ASAP and Jarem, the plumber who helped me, was very patient and open minded listening to my problem and came up with a GREAT solution. Super polite and respectful, while professional and knowledgeable at the same time. They fixed an off-and-on problem my business had for about a year. I couldn’t figure it out on my own and they bailed me out in a huge way!

Snowbird w/pipe break in Tucson! Orlando w/Roto-Rooter was the most helpful, polite, efficient & knowledgeable employee I have yet to encounter in my 60+ years of dealing with home repair companies. Quick to respond, cleanup was excellent, follow-up great, priced competitively. I have used this company and asked for Orlando now a second time, and have NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED! If you want a feeling of security and an excellent job for any amount of money (always priced competitively) this employee and company ROTO-ROOTER will not disappoint. A pleasure to deal with & feeling of complete satisfaction while being away from the area! Really use them, I sure will when and if I have need of them AGAIN!

Scheduling service takes a couple of days. Their A/C serviceman, Chris, is experienced and was prompt to root cause the problem. The main complaint I have is that they price gouge A/C parts. My repair required a simple Chinese made Definite Purpose Contact Switch that costs at most $20. They wanted $128 for the part !!! Ridiculous. So, I called the office supervisor to be reasonable on the price of the part. He unfortunately said they have to charge that high price so that they can stay in business, and that all other Heating /Cooling companies do the same. I disagreed, and suggested the business can be successful by using other business methodologies (instead of business greed that has hurt American families). I ended up purchasing a better (Made in Mexico) Emerson (White Rodgers) SureSwitch contactor online with priority shipping and replaced the part myself.
