Had a very bad experience with the company today, I would not recommend this company. Did not provide an accurate quote, and customer service from the office is very poor. Stated they would call me back with a resolution, never returned the call. Very Unprofessional.

I have used Ameri-Rooter Plumbing numerous times. John has always been professional and courteous. He does a great job at a great price. Unlike most plumbers I have found, John goes out of his way to try to save you money. I will continue using Ameri-Rooter Plumbing and would recommend anyone that is looking for a plumber do the same.

When I called elite I had already known that I wanted Shon to come out because I’ve seen good reviews about him so when he got there he was very polite and very professional and immediately I feel comfortable with him he came an took care of all my plumbing issues and was very informative about what he was doing from now on elite rooter are my goto plumbers and with techs like shon only good things come if he’s not your head technician he should be thanks again elite

The technician was great! He was quick to respond, on time and very informative. He explained the problem very clearly and concisely and had our plumbing issues diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes then took the time to run a camera to inspect the lines. The cost was very reasonable as well.
