STAY FAR AWAY.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

I have used Ameri-Rooter Plumbing numerous times. John has always been professional and courteous. He does a great job at a great price. Unlike most plumbers I have found, John goes out of his way to try to save you money. I will continue using Ameri-Rooter Plumbing and would recommend anyone that is looking for a plumber do the same.

Having had plumbing issues in our new house, we've had a couple of different places sent that our home warranty company sent over. I've grown a little weary of plumbers during the process. We had Roger out, and he explained everything to me in great detail...why he is doing this or that, what it will resolve, etc. I'm no plumber so his explanations are welcoming. Very friendly, quick service and good work. I've now found the plumbing company I'll use in the future.

We needed some work on our water heater as we've used Strongbuilt before. The service tech, Colton, arrived about 1 hour after our initial call and was easily able to solve our problem (replaced a 2 1/2 year old corroded anode rod and a water heater flush). He also gave us a quote for a water softener for our 46 year old house. Colton was friendly and professional throughout.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

These guys treated me great from the first phone call to the end of the job. I’m a small business owner here in Tucson and I had an unusual job, (to say the least), that needed to be done. They came out ASAP and Jarem, the plumber who helped me, was very patient and open minded listening to my problem and came up with a GREAT solution. Super polite and respectful, while professional and knowledgeable at the same time. They fixed an off-and-on problem my business had for about a year.
