had a hotwater heater go out on a friday afternoon called zing, they came the nextday found the problem( old heater wouldnt stay lite. removed old heater that day and came in on sunday and replaced it. fast very professional work. explained every step,took care of all permits, went above and beyond what i expected

The Technician called to update his approx arrival time within the sheduled window of 8a-10a, arrived on time and accessed what he needed to do, which was just to remove a Water Hose that was stuck to my outside Faucet due to a build up of Hard water. The process took less than 5 mins. Thank You.

Edward and Colton came out to fix a clogged drain, they were very respectful and professional. Jeremy also came out to work on my furnace he also was very pleasant, respectful and professional I would highly recommend temperature control, inc.

Called them out to remove an old water softener that was not working and had become an eye sore. The work was complete quickly and for less than the estimate I was given. They even repaired the pipes that the softener was attached to so that you couldn't tell it was ever there. Overall, very impressed with this company.

The costing is quite good. They have always been prompt in their responses to help queries. I'd like to strongly recommend them.

Marty was respectful, knowledgeable, patient and could answer all of our questions fully. He also made sure that we got the best deal that Goettl could offer. The installing crew was great too. Meticulous. The crane operator left some chunks of tar in our yard but that would be my only complaint. We're looking forward to twenty years of quiet even cooling!
