I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

Vincent was quick and efficient, fixed leak and removed old water softener tanks that we did not need. Had a good visit about earlier work he had done for us.

Shane was awesome! He suggested we add a filtration system to our HVAC unit to help clean the air and extend the life of our unit. Protect our 2 year old HVAC? Yes, please! We never would have known had he not suggested this to us!

We’ve had to reach out multiple times this year for some issues with our toilets. Paul had come to help us each time and is very friendly in each occurrence. He introduces himself over phone call to let us know who is coming and plan a convenient time and is very prompt. He explains the issues he sees well and the possible solutions, and he always works very swiftly and leaves things better than he found them.

I have used Parker & Sons for over 15 years and believe them to be trustworthy. The technicians that have serviced my ac unit have been knowledgeable and efficient. Garrett did the maintenance work today and he was excellent. Unfortunately the charges are getting higher and for that reason I may switch to a small business owner. My suggestion to Mr Parker is to pay their employees more, get rid of the ridiculous television ads and try to keep costs down for long time customers.Sylvia Hantla
