It was Sunday Thanksgiving weekend 12:30 pm complete stoppage. Called all the big names advertising 24/7 service . Yes an answering services only no response. Then DrainMasters a company person answered the phone and said they would have someone out between 1:30 and 3:00pm. At 2:30 Zak showed up and cleared the problem in about an hour.
Professionals honest, courteous and a reasonable charge for a Sunday. Highly recommend them look no where else.

Jake was on time and incredibly professional and accommodating. I hate making calls to have things fixed on my home because I like to learn and fix things on my own but not only did Jake fix our clogged line but he let me sit, watch and ask questions.

He gave me more insight into my house’s plumbing in 20 minutes than I’ve learned about plumbing in the past 20 years.

He was able to fix the problem quickly and help explain how to maintain the drains more effectively in the future.

I’m incredibly happy with the service and will definitely be using Fusion Plumbing and Air again.

Advertised $99 but wanted $249. Their website shows $99 drain cleaning over a picture of someone taking apart a u-trap. I had a clogged shower and they said that promotion is only for clean-outs.

It was great from the start with my estimate from John Mancini. Some people said I paid to much but when Tim came to Install it I knew I made the right choice. He is great it all depends on the work and customer service. Your company has both I got what I paid for keep up the great work. Thank you John and Tim for your great service.
