Best Plumbing Fixture Replacement in Tucson AZ

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I set an appointment with Angelo for Saturday morning at 9 a.m. He arrived promptly, and went to work immediately. One of the items had the potential to become a Pandora's Box. His recommendation was to wait until it became a true issue rather than to open the box. I really appreciated his approach, allowing me to be part of the conversation. I can plan for a larger expense when the issue does occur further down the road. He repaired the valves in my shower, and replaced screens in 3 of the sinks in my home. He also suggested that I had the water heater set much higher than it needed to be, and it could be turned down which will save me money! Speaking of money, he was very fair in his pricing. He is a partner in your plumbing issues, and I will most definitely use his services again.

David Mingheili was a delightful and very professional. I was terrified of what this would cost. He explained where he was going to start and gave hope it may not be the worst case scenario. But he did set proper expectations. He worked quickly and kept me informed. I love Goetle. I was overcharged $200.00 for an hour and 30 minuets labor that the employee claimed as 3 hours labor. Jerramee, tech # 26 and his co-worker tech # 27 arrived at my home 5 minutes to 8 am and left for a 30 minute run to hardware store for 2 small bolts that were bent from my shower door installation package. I ordered my shower doors online from Home Depot . I planned to do it myself but could not lift the heavy glass doors. Easy installation , top rail with dampeners, bottom rail with bumpers. the neighbors can back my claim that the truck for Pioneer Plumbing was at my house only 1 hour and 30 minutes!!!!! Jerramee charged me $35. for silicone caulking that I bought at Home Depot and the 2 small screws. He charged me $37.25 for his transportation of the big truck which was not needed on this simple installation job. These are truly fraudulent charges and are a crime!!!! the real bad thing is that both doors leak. I had not realized until my floor in front of the doors became mushy from the shower doors not sealed.
I will not recommend them to my friends or family.
July 25,2022 I had the shower door installation, finally on October 21, 2022 Pioneer refunded $159.46 of the $441.25 they charged me for the hour and a half job.

They couldn't fix a leak just put new hardware in and charge 400 + dollars, still have a leak.....thank's for nothing

I enjoyed the technician Dwight who replaced our water heater. He was skilled, experienced, polite, responsive and punctual. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a water heater replaced.

I needed the water line from the meter to the house replaced. I'd dug the 55 foot trench so only the line installation was required. I've learned the hard way that too many plumbers in Tucson aren't honest. If they need to advertise on TV it's because they always need to find new customers as they surely don't have many repeat customers. The owner of my air conditioning service provided the name for Knight plumbing. I value recommendations (word of mouth) over songs and riddles on TV spots.

Dave arrived and within five minutes he was busy at work. He didn't waste any time and being a handyman myself it was easy to see he knew what he was doing. Along with Austin they installed the Warsbow PEX line, connections to the meter, installed a ball valve at the house along with the required copper line. The job was complete in two hours. The time involved was what I'd expected and the cost was within $66 of my expected time and materials. This is the way service people should take care of a customer's needs. By the way, Dave's wife Vera answered the phone and scheduled the work. I was pleasant to her so she returned the courtesy. I wouldn't think of not being polite and demanding they drop everything for me.

Marty did a temporary fix on a leak that'll get me past this holiday season, which I found refreshingly honest. He'll return in the New Year for the permanent fix, which is a great quote btw. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Great Service, Good Value for the Buck.

Angelo is amazing and provided top-of-the-line in-the-moment service. I bought a new DW from Best Buy and it was installed yesterday afternoon (Sat). We woke up Sunday to a large and growing puddle of water in our kitchen and family room and I was desperate for help. After talking to 7 different people/departments at BB and getting a commitment for a visit on Thursday (in five days), I searched for help. Mr. Rooter wouldn't be able to make it until tomorrow. After finding them on the internet, I left Affordable Plumbing a message (even though he was listed as closed for the day) and Angelo called back in less than 10 minutes. He walked me through what I needed to do to stop the flow of water and was here at the house 20 minutes after that. The immediate problem was identified and solved within the half hour and I had clear instructions and a proper referral regarding what to do next to ensure there's no water damage to counters and floors. I felt served and supported and the contrast between Angelo's response time, ability and demeanor and the others my son's and I contacted earlier couldn't have been more different. I have already hired Angelo and his team to address an aging water heater and pump issue before it becomes a problem and feel safe, served and supported, confident that he will be an amazing asset going forward as well. Thank you, Angelo, for focusing on solving the problem and doing it with calm and confidence instead of telling me all the reasons why you can't help me, which is what everyone at Best Buy did - no one there even apologized, by the way, and the problem was caused by operator error on installation. It's nice to know that there are master craftsmen and trades people out there who are trustworthy, take pride in their work, and care about their customers. Jorge has done several jobs for us ranging in difficulty from replacing our main shutoff valve and pressure regulator to replacing a toilet. He approaches every task with the same professionalism and honesty, no matter the difficulty. The finished quality of the task is outstanding, and along the way, he offers commentary on what he's doing, why he's doing it, and sometimes points out potential issues that we may want to keep an eye on. For most of us, plumbing can be a mysterious and scary proposition, but Jorge's work ethic and experience sets you immediately at ease. We have him on speed dial!
