We got the rejuvenation package for both our A/C units. Tech arrived slightly after the estimated timeframe but really did a good job explaining what he planned to do and got to it. He took lots of pictures and wrote up good notes on the status of my units. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

My water heater decided to die!! It was 12 years old so I guess it was time! My brother had used Parker and Son’s so I called and spoke with Shelby. This morning Josh was at my home to assess the situation. He gave me a price and Told me that the technician would be at my home shortly. I was contacted by Greg he came and looked at my water heater and went and got the necessary parts along with a brand new water heater. He was extremely thorough and professional and got the job done. And now I once again have hot water! I am so thankful with the speed and efficiency of this company. Thank you so much Parker and Sons!

They cancelled a critical gas job without notifying us, after having collected payment information and scheduling the date. When we called on the day of no-show, they claimed they could not reach us, but two different people whose phones were provided had no record of missed calls or any messages. They offered to reschedule two weeks later, even though they knew we had been without gas, hot water and heat for two weeks already. When I asked to talk to a supervisor they said he was in the field, and they would get back to me that day, and they never did! (We provided two more phone numbers that day). All this happened the week before Christmas, and we are now at risk of not having hot water and heat for the holidays. If zero stars was an option, I'd give that rating.
