I can tell you this .. there are a lot of poop sandwhich shops out there that don’t know the first thing about showing up on time or just showing up to an appointment or the know how to explain how to fix the problem they are there to fix.
Thank god This was not the case with fusion Plumbing..
Not only did they friggen show up.. but they were early…
Now let me tell you how annoying I am… I ask a ton of questions. A LOT!
But whatever question I asked they had an answer or a recommendation , they never steered me in the wrong direction ..
Fusion plumbing is the real MVP of all the plumbing outfits out there..
I will certainly be using them in the future if my house has another catastrophe!

We have used Zing Plumbing on at least 3 occasions. First time I was trying to replace a shower cartridge and it would not budge. Called another plumber who quickly threw in the towel. Called George at Zing and he was able to get things fixed.
Used Zing another time for my in-laws pressure test and to update their plumbing. George was very patient with my in-laws who were both dealing with Alzheimer's.
The 3rd time was to give some advice on the gas fittings for our oven. He was able to troubleshoot it and point me in the right direction.
I would use Zing again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

I have had a mixed bag of service in the past, but the last few interactions with this company have been top notch. I can read people, and size them up fairly quickly.These people are willing to bend over backwards to make things right...that makes me, the consumer, feel good.I am so impressed with Technicians..Kevin and Dean, Mgmt/Office...Jennie, Ben, Gilbert and a few others I have talked to.Keep up the good work. Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Joey was so nice and worked so fast. I originally called goettl out to fix the problem, but was quoted something way beyond what I was able to pay, just to patch the problem. I had Cummings plumbing out and paid less than half of what I was quoted by that other place, and got the problem FIXED. In the future Cummings plumbing will be my first choice. Joey was such a nice guy and I hope he is getting the appreciation he deserves from his management.

Technicians Justin and Hans arrived on-time. They were very personable and explained each step of the process. They took great care of my home and furnishings. They went above and beyond, even cleaning my hard-to-reach vents. Couldn’t ask for better techs. The duct sealing resolved the leakage and I am already feeling the difference and my home cools down. Kudos to this team and to the service they provide!

I had a complete back up for the entire house and Angelo (owner of Affordable Plumbing) responded within a hour on a early Saturday morning. He took care of the problem and showed me on his camera what exactly the problem was and how he corrected it. I was impressed with him and his service and would highly recommend him.

John and Bradon came out to install a faucet for us. They were polite and professional. They got it installed quickly. It works great! We are very happy with the service we received.

Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date. He kept me informed on when he would be at the house so I could plan other activities. That’s commitment, dedication and customer service!! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Dave was excellent at communicating with me arrival time, work time, updates. He sent me a text message 30 minutes out that told me a little bit about his background. He was also very thorough in explaining to me what he was doing. He was professional and performed excellent work. I felt like I gained a new bath tub, plumbing wise. Thank you!
