Best Plumbing Replacement in Tucson AZ

Cut off water to my complex three times this past week. The third time I was in the middle of a shower. When my wife called to ask why we were never notified they would be shutting of the water there office girl was extremely rude to her. Altho the tech got the water back on pretty quick, the rude tone from the office staff was very unfortunate.

Domnic was very professional, excellent in communication making me understand what the problem was and how he will make a great difference in presenting the outcome. Domnic was honest, courteous and a good listener in solving my problem.

We have been using this company for years. They absolutely know what they are doing. They are honest, trustworthy, show up on time, are willing to answer your questions and do not over charge. The owner and the folks that work for him truly do care about you the customer. They will put you first and will never over charge you. They stand by their work. If there are any problems they will work them out with you. You can't go wrong by hiring this company. I can't say enough good things about them.

Intelligent Design did an exceptional job of the installation of our new AC unit, and expansion of returns for both the new and old system. The installing crew even stayed longer to resolve a high pitched noise from one of the returns. Their extra effort to ensure we were completely satisfied was very much appreciated.When the following week the new AC unit started making a very loud noise, they were quick to send someone out within hours of my call to resolve it.

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Adam installed the sheet rock that was disturbed to replace pipes during the coating procedure pre-Perma Liner. I had three different projects with Cummings Plumbing: Perma Liner, replace heat pump, and install a waste line that was installed incorrectly by another company in 2012. I often had three trucks in my driveway. Everyone was professional, considerate of my property and personable. There were a number of difficulties since my home was built in the early 60's which everyone handled easily and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Cummings Plumbing for any plumbing, heating or cooling jobs. Talking with the women in the office was always pleasurable, too. Cummings Plumbing has covered all bases of making the customer happy.

My son had used this company privately for his house so when we had issues at our apartment complex we called them up. Just like Andrew's experience they were prompt, polite, and the cost was very competitive. We have used them twice, once for a sewer issue and once for a fresh water leak- they will definitely receive our call when the need arises in the future!

I have contacted this business before regarding a split duct system, which was expensive with any company, and we recontacted them about fixing flex/hard duct work. The employees have been very understanding/accommodating, and friendly. I believe that they are working to get me the best deal possible for my ductwork situation.

Over priced, I paid for the service just because it's urgent.

Communicated well prior to arrival. He was on time. Very professional. Explained what was wrong and how it was repaired. Future use suggestions. He was polite, neat and clean and and left the area he was in tidy. He has been here before for a repair and did an excellent job
