The owner, Mary, is incredibly rude. Last night I called to inquire as to why our water had gotten shut off for the 3rd time this week without any notification. She immediately got and attitude told me that they don't deal with that I should call my landlord and gave me and very sarcastic Okay? Thanks. Then this morning when our water got shut off again, I called our property management company. Drainmasters had not told them that they were coming back and shutting off our water. When I called to ask Drainmasters again, Mary started yelling at me and saying rude things like Oh, honey.. (Rudely and sarcastically). I will never recommend this company just because Mary can't deal with other people. If you can't handle complaints, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. She never even apologized for the inconvenience.

Replaced an Effluent Pump in our Sanctuary Building at First institutional Baptist Church. We have used Fusion Plumbing with several large plumbing issues. The Effluent Pump was a three-day messy job but they were able to get us and running by the third day. Excellent work no problem with the Effluent Pump since the replacement.

Ron and his team are awesome and super helpful. The best thing you can have when getting work done in your home is to be working with good people.

I called Best Price Plumbing to install a dishwasher since our house didn't have one. They came out and took a look and quoted me a great price. We scheduled the install for a couple of weeks after that and they came out and installed it. They were on time and great to work with. They got everything done and it looks amazing! A heat pump installed by Intelligent Design less than 2 years ago suddenly stopped working. Since it was still warrantied, I called them, and one of their technicians, Reggie, quickly responded. After spending a total of more than a full day attempting to get the unit to work, he determined the cause of the problem.Upon contacting the manufacturer, Lennox, he was told that it would take about a week to obtain the part. Reggie informed them that the customer (me) would not wait that long, and requested a replacement unit. This was, in fact, furnished, and installed the following day, After about 3 weeks, it works perfectly, in fact, better than the original unit. Great service, very responsive.

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

Hector came out to take a look at a leaking faucet. He gave me a couple of options on how to fix it and gave me a reasonable quote. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed before he left. Thanks Hector!

Over priced, I paid for the service just because it's urgent.

Paul discussed financial options with us on replacing our water heater. He answered all our questions, and helped me navigate applying online for a loan. Looking forward to seeing his work on Friday installing the heater.
