Jake and Martin are real life heros!!!! I had sewer backed up and was not able to use the sewer for days! I saw a commercial on tv and called! These guys hydro scrub main sewer line and installed clean outs in the front of the house. These 2 young men worked very hard and cleaned up very well. I will be using these guys in the future!

Intelligent Design came today and I was so pleased with the service I received from Kevin Greene. He was extremely friendly and explained in a way I could understand, what needed to be done to fix my air conditioner. We have had problems with our air conditioning for years and they never could correctly fix it. But Kevin really took the time to find the problem and explain the contract to me and I will never use another AC Company. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Kevin!!

They charged $320 for a half hour job changing valve for washer. I opened wall after spending 1/2 hour Turning coupling and I realized there were plastic tubing to the coupling. I had to have job done so I paid it. I will never call them back unless I receive some refund for doing prep work that was included in the cost. A supervisor called and said the flat fee won't change. That means they're charging over $600 an hour which I had the parts and so labor is around $400 a hour.

Excellent service from Goettl.As usual they came out for my 6 month inspection and unfortunately found that my condenser was rusting out and leaking Freon and needs replacement. They said they would be contacting me to schedule a date to install the new condenser.Lucky for me, parts and labor are covered under my warranty.The service man was just wonderful and explained everything very well. I am very happy with Goettl and its service.EDIT: The condenser has now been replaced by Goettl technicians, who did a thorough and excellent job at installing the new condenser unit.They cleaned up behind themselves and did the job in a little less time then originally expected.I am very happy with the entire experience.

Mike Davis did a FABULOUS job when my mother's A/C went down last week; he found the problem fast, offered three options for service, got the A/C working quickly, replaced a thermostat and air filter that desperately needed replacement (though I'd missed that fact), and returned fast when a different issue arose. His work is outstanding; he's knowledgeable, efficient, transparent about the options. I cannot Rite Way enough for sending out such a terrific technician; we will highly recommend Mr. Davis and Rite Way.
