Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

They installed a new bathtub, patched up the plumbing pipe. And did the drywall around the tub area. I was still kind of disappointed when I found out that it left two opposing walls open without drywall .nevertheless I reluctantly paid there l thought they're kind of expensive price for what was included. I think they could have done more. That's why they are getting three stars.

Francesco Tocci of Goettl in Tucson came by yesterday to clear a clogged drain. He was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He quickly resolved my problem. Then, he even offered to help with another plumbing fixture installation I was working on myself. He is the kind of person that makes me want to use the services of this company in the future.

Great Service, Good Value for the Buck.

Ben, the Service Technician, was prompt and very professional in every way. Most of all was very customer focused. Will ask for him by name next year when the tankless hot water heater needs its annual service.

A/C was out and Tim responded a little early, which was greatly appreciated. He went through the system to check the problem. He changed the capacitor and did not bleed us dry on the charges. Will be using them exclusively in the future. As a disabled Veteran I value truth and honesty.

Mr. Rooter responded the same day of our request for resolving a blocked drain line. David R explained the services he would be performing in order to restore service to our drain. Our home is over 40 years old and the plumbing has been a challenge for do it yourselfer's. This time we needed an expert. As we progressed through the repairs, David kept me apprised and even had his supervisor stop by and explain that this indeed was a major repair. There were no surprises on the cost of the repairs, as each repair was documented, priced as quoted, and the warranty is hard to beat. David patiently answered all of my questions as this was our first experience with a significant repair. He was very professional, took extreme care in working with old fixtures, and cleaned up his work area before leaving. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and service tech David R. and his supervisor Robert for staying in touch as the work progressed. Very satisfied with the service and repairs. Thanks guys!

I have tried for the better part of a month to try and get this company to just call me back to set up a quote for some work. I called the first time and no call back, second time...no call back, and third time...no call back from the department I needed to talk to when I had assurances from the lady on the phone from the guy himself that he would call me back that same day. It really is a shame, this company came highly recommended and I gave them three chances, but apparently; not every customer is important.Update.I have now been contacted and have an appointment setup. I never expected or insisted on being more important than any other customer, I just expected follow-through from what I was told...I don't know maybe it's just my military mindset that has been drilled into my head, either way I am pleased that this has all been resolved.
