Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

He arrived within an hour of my call to the office, assessed and after giving us the explanation of what he would do, had the problem fixed in no time. I would highly recommend Marty!

I had my toilet backing up into my bathtub and Albert came over and pulled a shirt out of the drain my kids probably flushed it down. He did a great job. And I recommend this business to anyone

I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly, they were very responsive. The guys came out and were open to discussion about what my options were. Ultimately, they fixed the issue quickly. They were courteous and cleaned up after their work. This work was done during the COVID-19 pandemic - they were respectful of our space and wore masks the entire time. I would recommend them and will hire them again if needed.

Absolutely zero customer service. Tech came out, our renovation company came out a second time today and it is still not done correctly to install tub. The man Kieth that we worked with never has returned call texts or emails. This has been an ongoing nightmare since 4-19-23. Money was paid for an incomplete job! Would never recommend this company.

Ben, Sharman and the rest of the On the Side Plumbing team are true professionals. I own an old building and have many plumbing issues. We have dealt with a few different local companies in town and have found Ben to be honest and true to his word. I would highly recommend On the Side Plumbing. Assigned this company by my home warranty to fix leaking toilet. Tech comes out, says it's fixed, leaves. I go check it, still leaking, call him back. Comes back, says it's fixed, show him it's not, he says it's wet from previously leaking, leaves. Call the dispatcher, asked for someone else, said they'd get back to me.

Dried the area underneath the leak, put a dry paper towel, watched the toilet leak on it. Going to just call someone else tomorrow and pay out of pocket because I just want it resolved.

The owner came out quickly and unclogged the pipe to our septic on a night when we were desperate. The clog was at the end of a long line. It took a bit of work to do it but he got it done. Well worth every penny and the cost was reasonable. He went above and beyond.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
