An easy resolve & nothing to hide, huh? Good try at your defense when in your 1st response said it all- YOU denied the reconciliation or the participation yourself. You could have been courteous & offered a follow up visit or call to understand what was not satisfactory about the job. As what a real & professional business would have done. Don't confuse yourselves in thinking that was an impeccable job, as you installed the shower head at the same level as the handle!! 25 years or 100 years, you lack professionalism, customer service, & integrity. & as a CONSUMER, CLIENT, or CUSTOMER, I will call out any servicer which I have paid my hard earned money to & is not honest or can't admit to making a mistake with an easy resolve. Maybe at your next 2 person company meeting you can go over how to respond to a customer with genuine interest & following through to maintain the reputation you so persevere. You posting the conversation just helps prove my points... By the way, this pic is how it should have been done, as shown in the manual... 😊 Oh & I could care less of anything else you may want to respond with, I'm a frontline Nurse working through a REAL pandemic, busy with caring & treating others. Remember that if you ever need to be taken care of by one..! ✌🏽😷
