I would use Fusion Plumbing again.:) The guys were awesome and very knowledgeable. I could not beat the price.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Plumber came out after being assigned from our home warranty company and stated we had “old parts” they had to order. Two others came out the following week, after the 4 hour service window came and went without any contact from them. To make it worse, they had no idea the other plumber from their company had already been there. These plumbers also determined parts had to be ordered. They called us later to let us know the parts would take months to come in but they could replace them with other brand parts for $1,200. This sounded a bit odd especially considering our home warranty was involved. After calling the home warranty and finding out they had not been contacted with even a diagnosis, they sent a different plumbing company out who successfully fixed the minor issue (a small leak) in 30 minutes. Would not recommend these folks based on their lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism and lack of honesty.

Francesco Tocci of Goettl in Tucson came by yesterday to clear a clogged drain. He was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He quickly resolved my problem. Then, he even offered to help with another plumbing fixture installation I was working on myself. He is the kind of person that makes me want to use the services of this company in the future.

Imperial plumbing showed up on time was polite and courteous Elmer provided me with multiple options to fix my tub, took care of my clogged drain efficiently was clean and excellent!!

My plumber recommended this company to me and I found them honest and capable. Everything, including cost, was clearly explained to me and my concerns about the durability of my seventy-year-old sewer line were eased. It was fascinating to watch the live feed from the camera as it scoped out the entire length of the clay sewer line both before and after it was hydro-jetted clean. Absolutely all the tree roots were gone and the sewer line was good as new. They have a lot of experience with perma-lining, which I would like to have done someday.

Joe was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And he provided great advice for future work that will be needed.

Water softener pipes needed to be replaced. Because it took so long and one temporary fix did not work, Austin deducted $250 off. Austin was friendly and polite and kept me informed on everything. I recommend Drain Medics wholeheartedly !

Andrew came over to unplug 2 toilets and 2 showers. He was very professional and personable. The job was done to everyone's satisfaction, especially mine. I also don't fee that the price was out of line as a matter of fact, I was pleased when he told me how much it was going to be. I do not have any bad things to say about the service by Andrew at Al Coronado Plumbing. Praise God!!!

Jack Manning, who works for Silverado, is one of the most friendly, efficient plumbers I've ever met. He explained the entire process to me, how he was going to unclog my toilet, and then what to do if the issue happens again after he fixed it. 5/5 Great service

I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!
