I used to 210 Insurance here in Tucson and somehow their 1 hour worth of work and $90 worth of parts turn into $1,150 plus the $75 service fee. My homeowner's insurance only covered $500. Do not use this company if they dispatched his company to your house do not let them over price you. Very nice and professional people but will steal your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are horrible. I had to use them because my home warranty said I had to. 2 guys came to my house for some toilet tank issues. They said we needed new flappers and they were going to the store to buy them and would be back soon. 45 minutes later they return without the parts and say they need to be ordered. A week later we call again with the same issue wondering if they got the parts in. They send someone else out who had no idea that we needed parts but had some stuff in his truck. He replaced to parts not related to my issue then told me the problem is that there are baby wipes in the drain. He came to this assumption because there was a container in the bathroom. There is no back up and he didn't pull anything out of the drain. He just wanted money. He quoted me $3200 to put in a clean out and do hydroblasting. The problem is with the toilet tank not the sewer line! He had the nerve to call me 2 days later asking if we were ready for them to come dig a trench for the cleanout. *We are still having the same problem and he didn't install the parts we needed to begin with.

They scheduled an appointment to come to our house today but did not show up without notifications. We could not reach them at all by their numbers (office and the guy setup the appointment). Can you imagine 2 days with no water???The business is the vendor that my home warranty company referred. We could not arrange the time for an appointment yesterday, it is understandable. But they promised they could come today for sure....so what.... very bad and unprofessional service.

Javier charged my wife 275.00 to replace a dishwasher supply line and they will not send an itemized
receipt for their work done. I have either sent an email, text or call each day to remind Ashley to please send the itemized receipt to no avail.
The other thing is Javier had to use our tools to tighten the 3/8 line as he had the wrong truck with no tools to use.

I paid the plumber the home warranty co-pay (for some reason twice), but he didn't do anything. He falsely claimed the water heater wasn't working, yet I have been taking HOT showers every day for a week. I just needed him to turn down the hot water temp, and that didn't happen. I also needed him to fix some undersink plumbing to bring it up to code, but apparently he didn't have the proper supplies. Finally, I needed him to disconnect and cap the gas dryer. Again, didn't do it. This plumber is a thief asking for money but not providing one service, which I still have to get completed and paid for by an actual plumber. Do NOT use this plumber. They are ill prepared, do nothing, then expect money for not doing a thing.

Dealing with personnel at Wildcat Plumbing was very easy. From Ashley in the front office to schedule my water heater replacement appointment through the water heater removal and installation technician, Omar, everything was easy and stress free. Even after having to reach out to Ashley in the front office just after Omar had left on that late Friday afternoon, to let her know that I had found a pretty substantial leak in the connection between the pressure relief valve and the water heater pipe connection. Omar called me back within 15 minutes, came out to the house within 45 minutes to look at what I had found. He told me that he needed to replace the defective pressure relief valve and would be back first thing in the morning, on Saturday, to remedy the issue. He showed up around 11 AM and remedied the situation. The only thing I am disappointed in is that Omar used the pipe nipple from the old water heater to connect the pressure relief valve to the drain line. Which makes the installation look somewhat unprofessional.
However, overall, I am very happy with Wildcat Plumbing and the service they provided. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing service needs.

Plumbers ran video scope down holes had no clue what they were talking about. Said drain pipes were collapsed for washing machine and was not correct. Scoped through vent pipe. Also tried to sell me on pressure cleaning main pipes which would do nothing for problem of clogged sewer ejector pump and main sewer line to street that was no good. These guys were clueless as to what needed to be done and just tried to sell me un-needed nonsense.

I have a leak from the upstairs bathroom and it is surfacing in the ceiling of the garage. Joseph cameout, decided I needed a restoration company. He didn't open any part of the ceiling. He called a company of his choosing and left, not doing anything to see where the leak is coming from. His restoration company left me uneasy so I choose not to use them and use one my homeowners insurance uses. This disturbed Joseph to the point of trying to bully me to use his company.
He came back out to find he didn't have access to the plumbing and was going to vharge me more money to cut the drywall. My homeowners warranty pays the but he was insisting I had to p a y more. He walked off the job without ever doing any work. This company's technician is one not to have for your plumbing needs.

Diagnosed that water leak was a pipe under our slab foundation and recommended a total re-pipe of house at $9-10K. Called in a 2nd opinion. No water pipes under the post-tension slab. It was the water softener!

I would LOVE to give Wildcat Plumbing ZERO stars, however, that option is not available. I thoroughly enjoy how this business blames me (the customer) for their lack of communication and then have them turn around and lie about how it is my fault. They actually told my home warranty company that I hung up on them, they also told my home warranty company that they have attempted to call me several times. Here is a word of advice to Wildcat Plumbing. Leave a message so the homeowner can return your phone call. If all you are doing is hanging up the phone and not leaving a message, why would someone return an unknown hangup? I have been without a kitchen sink since February 17th, think it is time they step up and become a reputable business.

They were able to clean out a portion of the pipe and video scope the line to verify there was no damage. They responded to my calls and helped me provide paperwork when I needed it. WC Plumbing replumbed my while house. Their techs were nice and worked hard, but they left poorly patches holes in my dry wall. The worst part is they installed a water softener that was routed incorrectly. The drain line was routed to the side of my house, damaging my foundation. They finally came to fix and did a horrible job. I have pictures and video to show their work. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

Our experience didn't start out badly but eventually all communications stop from Wildcat Plumbing. We had several jobs they were working on for us and they just stopped showing up and stopped communicating altogether, we had to bring another plumber to finish. The owner seems like a nice person but there were many mistakes made on our projects and communication was very, very poor.

I FELT THAT THEY VERY VERY MUCH OVERCHARGED ME. They charged me $575.00 for a pin hole leak in a PVC pipe. Then they tried to upsell me to put all new plumbing in for just under $6,000.00. I declined the bid. Monday I called another plumber I had used before and, without telling them what I was charged, gave them a synopsis of the repair and asked what their pricing would be. The quoted me less than HALF what Wildcat charged me. Lesson learned.

I am in the middle of a bathroom project. Upon opening my wall I had some major issues that needed to be addressed that could have developed into something really bad. Not sure when people started taping plumbing and of this was ever allowed by code. I had a couple companies come out and this company gave me a quote right away and scheduled the work. The company also came back and fixed the drain placement from the center to the right because there was zero center basins for the size I needed in town. They were super helpful and on the spot with the work. I’ve worked with an another plumbing company in Tucson that had good rating and did not get this kind of service.

Couldn’t get my hot water heater pilot light to stay lit. They came out to my house and lit the pilot light. They were there less than seven minutes and charge me $70. Nothing was repaired or replaced. They just pushed a button and charged me $70. These guys are a complete rip off. Call anybody else.
Update: not surprisingly the pilot light went out again within less than 12 hours. I keep having to relighting it. Now they will not return my calls. What a waste of my time and money. I didn’t pay $70 for you to do what I can do, I paid to have it fixed.

Horrible customer service! I will never know how their actual service is because they never showed up to my house. No phone call, no knock on the door, no card left. Then when I call after the scheduled 4 hour window has passed the owner is angry with me! She has no right to run a business. Then service is rescheduled for the next day and they do not show up again! Out of spite? That is 8 hours of my time off wasted because these people were too lazy to pickup a phone. Do not try to work with Wildcat Plumbing.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Plumber came out after being assigned from our home warranty company and stated we had “old parts” they had to order. Two others came out the following week, after the 4 hour service window came and went without any contact from them. To make it worse, they had no idea the other plumber from their company had already been there. These plumbers also determined parts had to be ordered. They called us later to let us know the parts would take months to come in but they could replace them with other brand parts for $1,200. This sounded a bit odd especially considering our home warranty was involved. After calling the home warranty and finding out they had not been contacted with even a diagnosis, they sent a different plumbing company out who successfully fixed the minor issue (a small leak) in 30 minutes. Would not recommend these folks based on their lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism and lack of honesty.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We got quotes from 3 of the most highly recommended plumbing businesses to replace a water heater, replace a hat do you think? Add your review.
10 word minimum.
shower/tub, and replace polybutylene pipes throughout the house. The first plumber never showed up. The second plumber counted how many sinks we had and gave us a price, without ever looking under the sinks. Joseph, with Wildcat Plumbing, looked under every sink, found leaks that obviously were never found by the other plumber who hadn't looked, explained everything in detail, completed every job to perfection (he's truly a perfectionist and genius plumber), cleaned up after himself, and offered a senior discount. Every project was extremely difficult due to corrosion, old fixtures, hard to reach areas. But Joseph figured it out and got the job done. He had to cut out part of a faux-painted wall (which freaked me out), but he did a drywall repair to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend Wildcat Plumbing and especially JOSEPH.

My home warranty called them out to fix a couple leaks in my house and they wanted to push services that were obviously not needed. Then they didn't even fix the leaks that they were called out to fix. So I set up another appointment to have them come out again, and they didn't show up... so I gave some grace and tried again, and they still didn't show up. Definitely not worth the hassle if they don't fix it in the first visit.

We had a geyser in our drive under the new pavers. A real emergency: our main water line was broken. The whole house had no water and guests were arriving the next day. No one else could come out for days. Wildcat came immediately, stopped the water and began a very messy repair. Our main water line broke underground, and it took a day’s worth of digging just to find the leak. Once they repaired the leak, it broke in a new spot. The only choice was replacing the whole line. Instead of digging up 200 ft of brand new driveway, they were able to insert new pipe inside of the old pipe. Took only 2 more days — Amazing. The pavers were replaced so well you couldn’t tell where they had dug.

My house is 30 years old and as it turns out the seller I bought the house did not disclose how bad the pipes were under the house being a new homeowner I never thought about asking about that so as a result I had severe plumbing issues in the entire house even including out to the street .
