Company had next day appt and tech was great.
There was a misunderstanding with pricing. However, company fixed issue and we are pleased with the service and the solution.

Very impressed with Sean. He was on time and replaced a water filter with no problems. I will definitely be calling him again for all my plumbing problems.

I used this small business for my own small business, to replace the ancient water heater from my suite. They removed the 6 gallon tank and we put in a demand, under the sink, tankless water heater. They had their electrician hardwire it in and add a switch to turn it off and on, per commercial fire code. The water heater works great and is perfect for a space that only needs hot water for the bathroom sink. They were able to get it finished within the window of time I needed to have it completed, so I am very grateful. Thanks Picture Rocks Cooling Heating and Plumbing!

This is the second time i have used Georges services as a plumber both my wife and i are verry impressed with the professsional way he does busness.He explaines what needs to be done, then offers choices for us to make a decision on how we want the job done.

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. He grew up watching and helping his dad. I highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber

Our AC unit was not cooling and Cummings scheduled service the same day. Our Technician John called ahead and was able to come out early. John diagnosed the problem and had us up and running right away. I would definitely refer Cummings to family and friends.

These guys are fantastic, got out to my home within a couple hours and located my main sewer line clean-out T with a camera with builtin locator, cleaned out the roots in the line and added a riser to my clean-out so it's no longer buried. Gave me a few requested pics off the the cam's SD card and marked in my yard where the problem was. Great fair price and now I finally know where the dang clean-out is located!

The man was extremely efficient and was happy to carefully walk us through what problems he had found. Good job!

The technician that came out to my house was very friendly and professional. He allowed me to watch him work and explained everything he was doing. We had a great conversation and I found out he was retired military. I want to thank him for his service to our country, and I want to thank him for the excellent service he provided! If you continue to hire people like him your company will thrive for centuries!

Anthony was great. He answered our call at midnight when we had a sewer line issue. He came out and fixed our issue and reset a toilet as well. He was very helpful and informative.

Paul was excellent! Communication was good, friendly, job well done and very quickly resolved. Hes also friendly towards dogs.

Used them before they were fine. They called me to schedule a check up, they called the day before to confirm. I guess they decided to reschedule without letting me know, apparently they did but it was to a “spam blocker” (my phone doesn’t have that). So took the morning off work, loss wages, wasted my time all from an appointment they called to schedule. Wish their first call would have went to the “spam blocker”.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
