I believe there is sort of connivance between the home warranty guys and their pre-selected service providers. They live off unsuspecting customers. It's business for all. Frankly speaking, it pays more to handle your home issues as it come .

I called Paul and he answered immediately- Wow!!! We got to talking right away about the sink's problem. He arrived promptly the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained and how to repair it. The work was completed perfectly and he cleaned up so well that I didn't know he was even there. Paul owns his craft!!!

Terrible company, came out multiple times and used hydro jetting to clear my sewer lines and then tried to say I needed a $16K fix for a damaged line when it kept backing up. I used another company and they resolved the issue in one visit without trying to scam me.

Our plumber showed up promptly when we asked, which was helpful for accommodating our work-from-home meetings. He looked at the two projects we had, a loose faucet and a leaky toilet. He explained what he would do, and made recommendations to accommodate an old toilet part that was no longer a standard size. He was friendly and professional, even making sure the back gate was closed because he knew we have dogs. Everything was fixed within 90 minutes and we had a great experience. Thanks!

E li was very courteous, respectful and understanding. After the initial inspection he explained the options we had to repair the water leaks. After we selected an option he went out of his way to obtain all the necessary parts to complete repairs in one day. Although he worked until nightfall he maintained the same enthusiasm from start to finish. The repairs are outstanding, very content with the work.

Have had them out twice to have 2 different plumbing projects and was very pleased with there workers. Had one problem, but they returned quickly and fixed it. Everything works perfect now.
