Best Hydro Jet Drain Cleaning in Tucson AZ

This company has new owners. They no longer warranty their workmanship. Had a problem 2 weeks after their visit and they would not guarantee their work.

We called several 24/7 plumbing places but nobody could come out for several days. Fusion was responsive, friendly and got someone out to us quickly, even on a Saturday. Chris did a great job and walked us through the issues and our options for repair. He had everything fixed and water restored to the house in a few hours. Will definitely be using again in the future.

We had a great experience with this company! On time, gave us a text notification with a tracker to see when they would arrive. On top of that, they called before to let us know they were on their way. Jose and his partner were great. Everything was done quickly and they were very nice. Impressed!

Goettl was responsive and had great communication throughout. Because this was an after hours problem, we appreciated that foremost. The tech that was assigned to our job, Jeran Cooke, was knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly. Thanks Jeran!

Anthony (the owner) was quick and efficient on our project. His charges for the supplies he uses are as low as Home Depot’s (he doesn't surcharge you). He has that old-school philosophy where you treat the place you’re working on like your own home and your customers like they are family. That’s rare to find these days….we’re glad we found him. Any future plumbing needs we’ll be sure to use his company.

PS: We own some commercial property in town and sent a note to our property managers to use Knight Owl exclusively for any plumbing work.

Updated Review 5/4/22 Had technician MATT from Curtis Plumbing come out to replace 3 Lavatory Faucets and a cartridge in the Tub/Shower turn on handle. He was professional and thorough . Did a great job and got us all updated. I highly recommend Curtis Plumbing.

Called Curtis Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have them come out and check a small slow water leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician ( Robert ) showed up on time, and was very professional and polite.
He discovered the leak in minutes and was able to fix the problem within 30-40 minutes. He had to replace a shut off water valve under the sink, in a tight place. He also double checked the other valve and fittings.
I have used Curtis Plumbing in the past, and they are always professional and reliable. Will use them again next time I have plumbing issues.

As a home service Professional myself, I am very selective with who I chose to invite to do any repairs on my home. After checking out the great reviews and getting competitive estimates I chose to move forward with Austin and DrainMedics and was not disappointed. After permitting for our repair was done, which they take care of, Austin and his apprentice knocked out there complete repair in one day and we are very grateful for the excellent repair! Couldn't ask for better service. I'll happily recommend them in the future.
