Disgusted! Nothing else to say.
AC/heat unit installed 5 years ago and EVERY year had to have someone come fix something. Two third party companies came out and said the units 1, weren’t even installed correctly. 2, Aren’t matching units to work together correctly. And finally they were missing parts.

I will happily be contacting the bbb, HVACI as well as the Arizona attorney general.

I had (3) estimates done on my house for replacing the Evaporative Cooler with an HVAC system. The first estimator told me the HVAC unit that would be installed would not heat my house when the temperature dropped below 40 degrees. The second estimator showed up without a tape measure and wanted me to tell him how thick my outside walls were so he could do a load calculation. The third estimator was from Intelligent Design and he took all kinds of measurements (relevant data, such as the home's orientation, insulation levels, window types, areas of all the surfaces that gain or lose heat, etc) and then he took a vacuum on the entire house with his test equipment. He then put all measurements and data into a computer program and calculated the load. Intelligent Design was very close in price to the other (2) companies but they do much more planning. On the day they were to install the HVAC unit, they noticed that my duct work below the Evaporative Cooler was almost completely rotted out. They replaced 10 feet of duct work before they installed HVAC unit which was at no charge to me and took an extra day. Intelligent Design’s lead tech was amazing. He knew every facet of the HVAC system and had years of experience. He made sure installation was done right. The HVAC system works perfectly. I’m a very happy customer!

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

The service John provided was for a mini split system quote. He was professional, and seemed to know his job very well. We are still searching to see if the quote was reasonable.

Although there was an initial mixup for the afternoon service appointment, a dispatcher from Phoenix immdiately remedied the problem with an appointment the next morning. The Goettle AC technician inspected my AC and explained very politely and effeciently which parts needed to be replaced. I appreciate the thoroughness and effeciency of the service.

Wally came to repair our a/c. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, very professional and didn't stop working until he fixed our a/c issue.

We had Done Rite to our home to deal with a leaky water softener. The Done Rite representative, Danny Sharp, was on time and, throughout the work, conducted himself professionally in assessing our situation, explaining what he found and his recommendations for a path forward, and completing the work. He explained the technical details at an appropriate level and made sure we understood everything before he proceeded and while he worked. Once he completed the work, he made sure we were completely satisfied. He even coiled up our watering hose. We have used Done Rite before because of their level of service and value and they did not disappoint this time too. We highly recommend them for plumbing or HVAC services.

Wally was so helpful and full of knowledge when working on our AC unit. I explained everything I had explained to other well known AC companies (who never listened to my concerns )and he actually dug deep and tested various things to find the problem and find a solution! I was so relieved that he was here because he truly did so much to help us figure out the problem. Thank you, Wally!

I requested a service call from Strongbuilt on Wednesday evening, they called me Thursday morning to let me know they’d be out Thursday night. My AC was not cooling and the pipes were freezing over. They sent TJ out who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He deep cleaned my coils and motor, they were clogged with pet hair. Safari (and indeed other folks we've had from Riteway) was super courteous, friendly, and did a great job explaining what he was working on, and explaining the options we had for our system and giving us the costs to let us decide what we wanted. He even wore shoe covers to keep the inside clean! Riteway even worked with us on an earlier in the day appointment since we needed to get out and about later in the day. So far it has been a very nice company to work with! Only complaint I have is I wish we could get a window of time before the appointment day to make it easier to plan things (e.g. 8-noon, etc.).

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
