The Alvarez brothers came out to my house located multiple leaks in my main waterline and attempted to fix. Had to place a temporary line to get the yard blue staked. Then returned and completed the job. Their quick response to my emergent problem was greatly appreciated. Tyler and Joe have been nothing short of stellar when dealing with them at a very busy student property. Being an older community we experience a wide range of leaks and needed repairs and they generally show up right away and get to work fast. When we called Mr. Rooter, we had developed a water leak under our manufactured home, and they were at our home within 45 minutes. The leak was fixed, and since we had had a water leak that caused some damage 3 months prior, we discussed further interventions, and decided to do a complete repipe. The job was scheduled, and on the day of the rescheduled job, One of the job supervisors came to our door, and notified us that there had been a problem, and would be rescheduled for the next day.The job was done as scheduled, though it took 21/2 days due to some structural complications, but is was completed. The team was pleasant, and respectful of our home, asked permission to do what needed to be done, and kept us in the loop all the time.I would have given them a 5 star rating, except that there were some holes that had to be cut into a cabinet, and the wall above the shower head, and there was no one to fix them.

Last week we were contacted by Chris at Plumber Kings. They were working on a sewer repair that ended up needing excavation out into the City Right of Way. Chris and I quickly came to terms and worked together to execute this project and get the customer back in service. It is so nice to come across a company like Plumber Kings, they are professional, helpful and do what they say they will do. We will be using and referring Chris and his team at Plumber Kings from here on out.
