I had my unit installed about a month ago and everything is working great! I did have a water hose that was clogged and the technician came out the same day I called to have it repaired. Great customer service and the product seems very quality.

Plumber arrived within the appointment window, he was friendly and had some helpful information to share. I would highly recommend WHITTON for your plumbing needs.

going up the I-10 this work truck from whitton plumbing was going over 90 mph cutting everyone off & jumping through every lane. very unprofessional to have your employees driving recklessly in a company work truck.

Do not waste your time calling this company. They are plumbers who don’t want your business unless you let them scam you. Our NuvoH2O softener sprung a leak so the manufacturer sent us a new unit under warranty that we needed to have installed. Despite listing on their website that they are a platinum certified installer for NuvoH2O they know nothing about the systems or how they should be installed. They will get rude and defensive with you when you ask for a written quote. Despite sending pictures at their request ahead of time and receiving a written commitment (but not a quote because they refuse to do such things) to perform the work at an agreed upon price, they still proceeded upon arrival to immediately claim that half of the standard install was not accounted for and we needed to be up charged hundreds more. They also showed up over two hours outside of the agreed upon appointment window, interrupting a business meeting. When I insisted that they honor the agreed upon price I was very disrespectfully and unprofessionally informed that the service ticket was cancelled and that I would have to find another plumber to do the work.

Best customer service and professional.

We moved into our brand new house and discovered two of the bathroom sinks were leaking and the bathroom shower was plumbed backwards (hot and cold reversed). We called our builders customer service who promptly dispatched Whitton Plumbing to fix these issues. When the tech arrived he told use what the root causes were and what he was going to do to fix them. The faucets were fixed in 20min. As for the shower, I thought for sure a section of the wall would need to be removed to switch the pipes but the tech told us it was a quick fix that would only take 10min. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received from Whitton Plumbing, very knowledgeable and professional service.

Good customer service. The service tech was outstanding. Very professional and was willing to allow me to watch and ask questions. This reflects on the company as a whole and I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs or warranty service.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I scheduled an installation with Whitton because they originally installed the plumbing and it was coordinated with the builder. The scheduling finally happened after much hassle just getting a response back. Then the tech showed up with a handful of excuses asking to not do the job or reschedule (it’s too hot, it will take all day, etc - ummm yea, it’s a water softener install...). Then he and another individual spent an hour identifying all the reasons they couldn’t do the work so that they could leave and go to other jobs that didn’t require them to be in an attic. This was followed by a call from one of the job coordinators telling me how busy they are doing builder warranty work. Bottom line is Whitton doesn’t want my business or your business. They don’t want the work. Don’t bother calling them. Very shady group of individuals.

Very professional, showed up when expected and completed the job to our 100% satisfaction, I recommend them completely for any plumbing service.
