Woke up on a Friday with no AC. Couldn’t get anyone out to check until the following week. Fusion called me back and was not only able to come out and check the system, but provide and install a whole new system the next day (Saturday). Good thing too as it was day two of a several day stretch of 105 degrees or higher. Very friendly, very professional. Would definitely recommend Fusion Plumbing and Air

They also did a free service check and changed my filters when I wasn’t expecting them to! They have very professional and polite service people.

A new unit installed this spring. We did not turn it on except for initial testing until July 15th and the unit did not work. Service technician comes 2 days later (earliest appt we could get even though the house is 91 degrees), apparently fixes it, and it works for 2 days and stops cooling again. Three days later (next appt we could schedule) service tech comes out says they screwed up the wiring on install and condensate pump is burned out. Replaced motor and pump under warranty (damn right), unit works but there is a faint electrical burn odor. Within a week the condensate pump has apparently burned out again and water is now dripping into the interior of the house walls. Another day and a half to wait for next appt for service tech. Then they will have to order parts and another two days additional time with no AC. In the meantime if I want to run the unit I have to siphon condensate water from the pump every hour, so now I am a prisoner in my own home. We have been able to use this brand new AC unit for about 2 weeks of this hot summer (it's the end of July now) and we are not happy, in fact we're downright enraged with the service and work from Alaskan Air. I am going to Home Depot to start the process of getting a brand new unit installed correctly this time. This review should really be a zero star rating.

These guys were the only ones willing to show up when others would not. Yeah even the ones who advertise all over the radio and have huge billboards were not willing to show up until the next day. From the owner on the phone (Luis) to the tech (Juan) these guys are professional and are good people. I've already recommended them to friends and we will only use them for all our a/c and plumbing needs. Thank you guys for showing up and for making sure everything was working properly before leaving our home.
