James was wonderful. I had the privilege of having service done by Jake and Trey in the past, and James was just as great as they were. My AC had stopped working suddenly and my house was up to 90 degrees at the point James arrived, and he had my AC diagnosed and fixed in 5 minutes. He was kind, professional, and answered all my questions. Crystal (dispatch) and Amy (accounting) were also kind in their handling of my situation, which I truly appreciated. My experience with Intelligent Design has always been so positive, and I will continue to use their services when I need them. The plumbers where earlier than window and called when they where in the area my orginal time window was 5pm to 7pm I got call at 12pm and they showed up at 12:30pm

We needed after hours assistance and John Franks came at 9pm. He was able to assess the situation, find the solution and have our water turned back on in an hour. We were so grateful that he was so professional, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use Goettl in the future!

The Technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how he explained each of the repairs required and showed me the damage that had happened to my system. I will be using Cool Willys from now on for all of my HVAC needs !

Jeffrey arrived a little after 1000 hrs and finished by 1030 replacing a hose bib on our back patio. He then sat in his truck for 15 min with engine running I assume writing up the bill. At 1045, he called in my credit card for a FULL HOUR job listed as 1000 to 1100. Questions I asked him about the job and the parts were answered if at all curtly and perfunctorily. Like where was this new valve made? I dunno. It matters to me. I feel the extra time charge for the second half hour was unreasonable and fraudulent.

I had Rite Way come out for a complete system inspection. Our technician, MO, did a fantastic job.Not only was he professional and competent, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He addressed my concerns and performed a thorough checkout.I am a very satisfied customer.

Only do a response from owner if you are going to refund us. For a highly reviewed place, this company is absolute garbage. They came to our house this past Saturday to look at our AC and told us that there was a problem with the compressor and that they were going to have to replace our entire AC unit for $16k. Left us in the sweltering heat for the entire day and said the best they could do is come back for a consult and pricing for a new AC on Tuesday. Later that day I called another company at 10pm, did not expect them to pick up the phone, but they actually came out yesterday morning and looked at the unit and identified that the problem was the fan motor, which this company failed to do. They fixed the part and it is working good as new and will last for another year.For a licensed and well reviewed place, I'm pretty disappointed and at how dumb you people are. The fan was the most obvious thing and you did not even take the time to look, you just gave us your opinion and pushed us into buying a new AC. I am never ever doing business this company again and this is a scam company that is greedy and just wants you to buy a new AC and waste your time and money. Do not use by any means. I want a refund for the awful service you did on Saturday. Send the $129 back or we will be suing.
