Best Heater Maintenance in Tucson AZ

It was Sunday Thanksgiving weekend 12:30 pm complete stoppage. Called all the big names advertising 24/7 service . Yes an answering services only no response. Then DrainMasters a company person answered the phone and said they would have someone out between 1:30 and 3:00pm. At 2:30 Zak showed up and cleared the problem in about an hour.
Professionals honest, courteous and a reasonable charge for a Sunday. Highly recommend them look no where else.

He was on time, friendly, yet professional in looking at the current equipment which he concurred needed to be replaced and brought to code (current water heater over 10 yrs old)....since we asked a lot of questions he explained his proficiency with plumbing and water heaters. My husband was in construction so we always get 3 bids - that does not mean we go with the cheapest.....we would recommend this company to give you a bid

We were very impressed to have Cumming Plumbing Heating and Cooling send a repair person out this morning after calling for a kitchen sink not draining. Vincent Prado came within an hour and found that our garbage disposal was responsible for the problem. He replaced the disposal and cleaned out the pipe, very efficiently and super-clean. He also answered questions we had. Very nice young man, we would use Cummings and Vincent again. Thank you!

Nate, the technician at Temperature Control..came out for an inspection and was very knowledgeable and polite ..and did a very thorough inspection and taught me alot about my heating unit...i will definitely look up Temperature Control wben I'm ready to purchase new heating/cooling units..

Anthony from Knight Owl Plumbing came to our house today to fix a broken sewer vent that had been stinking up our house for the better part of a year. After having 3 different plumbers come out to try to diagnose the problem, each of them not being able to figure out exactly what was going on, one of them finally suggested we have a smoke test done to see where the smells were coming from. We had the smoke test done by American Leak Detection, also a stellar team, and once they found the issue they referred us to Knight Owl Plumbing on Wednesday. I immediately called Knight Owl and Anthony was able to come out before the weekend and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. The smells are gone and we are extremely grateful. I will be using Knight Owl from now on if we ever have any other plumbing issues and I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

I'm so glad my neighbor referred me to Paul. I've used Paul on multiple occasions and plan to again in the future. He is extremely competent and professional, and is great about explaining all of the alternatives and their pros and cons. His prices are reasonable as well. He also took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to maintain my water heater to get the most life out of it. It is such a relief to have a plumber I can really trust.
