We discovered a continuous leak outside our irrigation box. Gabe Delgado of Intelligent Design visited shortly. He uncovered a very dirt union that was leaking, and did a thorough clean up of the problem.I find Gabe Delgado to be a very competent plumber. For instance, in August he visited our house to analyze why our kitchen sprayer was creating so much leakage. He uncovered that we had a serious problem with our home's Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) that was now over 15 years old. He replaced the PRV,, and the various water-flow anomalies in our house, such as the leakage at the kitchen sprayer, have disappeared.

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

It's been almost one year since Temperature Control rescued my family after discovering a latent defect in my first home. They fixed it for FREE as I had no money left.They are my first choice when noticing things out of sorts in the house (stemming from the scumbag I bought it from).I can't put into words my deep gratitude for their service and integrity in our times of need. Benton was just out to service my new A/C I purchased through Goettl. Much like Tyler, he was a perfect representation of what I come to expect from this great company. Benton was respectful, on-time and treated me as a valued customer.

Repairman arrived on scheduled time. Removing and installing the garbage disposal was no problem at all.
Excellent job.

Michael did a great job on my AC and a plumbing problem.

Called Done Rite over the weekend, they answered immediately, not like the other companies I tried. It wasn't an emegency so they got us scheduled for early in the week. Todd was the electrician who came out to look at our panel, he was extremely courteous and helpful! Turned out it was my user error, and the fix was easy. We will definitely be using them again!

Had Williamson's Heating & Cooling install a new furnace & split A/C system on my house. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely smooth. The owner Rob Williamson, couldn't have been nicer when giving the estimate. The two installers Brandon & Daniel did an excellent job and went above and beyond. They were incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After the install was said and done, I couldn't be any happier with my new system and with Williamson's. I will be using them for all my heating/cooling needs!

First of all they came out for clogged drains Sunday Labor Day weekend. On time and communicated when would arrive. After a camera ran, found our pipes were in pretty bad shape. Not news to us as we’ve had trouble for about 4 years, and previously had cameras ran, and even to our unprofessional eyes could see how badly pipes had degraded since last camera. We agreed to have them come out and complete an extensive job we’d been putting off. They’re estimate was the same as Cummings 4 years ago which surprised me with inflation this past year. 3 separate crews came to our home, the excavators, the crew that worked on the kitchen lines, then the final crew that did main line and yard. All employees were polite, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. We always knew when they would arrive ( we have dogs etc, making sure we’re home) and ALWAYS cleaned up at the end of each day, shut gates and left our home how they found it. I certainly hope we don’t need a plumber after this, but if we do, this will be the company. Charles managed everything and provided everything we’ve needed for what insurance coverage we can get reimbursed for . Recommend 10 out 10!!

Anthony did a great job trouble shooting and cleaning my ac parts to shiny new looking again. Will be more efficient without dust and cat hair on the coils and bacteria removed from blower wheel will help my copd not to be so bad. Anthony is a very nice guy and great worker. I will try to have cleaning like this done in the winter next time so he’s not so hot on a hot roof with soaring temperatures and humidity.

Jason, our tech, was great -- knowledgeable, professional, courteous and took the time to explain things to me step-by-step. Very happy with him and his service.
