A++ from beginning to end. Fixed my a/c issue, and didn’t try to overcharge me. Brought them back to update some plumbing work in my house, and I couldn’t be happier. In today’s environment it feels good to have trust in a company that genuinely wants to help. I highly recommend their services.

I just had Jr. from ID to my condo to fix my ac. He was knowledgeable, fast and solved the problem. He also went the extra mile and found that the part was still under warranty, so all I had to pay was labor!!! Great attitude and super helpful

I called Cummings Plumbing to get a quote on my water heater situation. The rep was very professional and provided a 3-tiered 30-day quote very quickly.

We had an appointment to discuss their water filtration system but happened to have an active plumbing leak totally unrelated. They provided pricing and Tim came out and fixed our plumbing issues within 2 hours of the quote. Total life saver for us today. We will use them for their other services down the road for sure!

The Technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how he explained each of the repairs required and showed me the damage that had happened to my system. I will be using Cool Willys from now on for all of my HVAC needs !

Williamson's was the best value bidder for our new central air and tankless water heater installation. They provided a frank, accurate estimate--which they stuck to. As a participant in TEP's energy efficiency rebate program, Williamson's did everything the right way at an affordable price. Importantly, they were easy to do business with. For example, they worked with my choice of plumber and electrician seamlessly; and when I made a special request, they accommodated it. I am happy I chose Williamson's.

Roger answered our call immediately when everyone else was giving me almost a week's time. He didn't upsell us, and not only diagnosed but he also fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. Not only do we have hot water working again, but we have peace of mind.

Saturday morning on a holiday weekend and my AC goes out. Forecast of 105 and I have two small children. I called four companies. A Strongbuilt technician returned my call promptly. Brandon asked me a few questions and correctly DX the issue over the phone. He was here in less than an hour, SUPER courteous, and had our AC up and running less than 2 hours after my initial call. Nickolas Blain did a really efficient and thorough job of servicing my 21 year old 5 ton Rheem AC. But what really stands out is the fact that he didn't try to push anything at me. We knew my unit is an old unit. It's not now the most efficient, but it's working. I could replace it, but why? If it had shown tendencies towards failing, that would be a different matter. Until then, maintaining it annually makes more sense, at least until 2025 when the rules change again that will impact unit cost. It was late in the 97 degree day when he got here, and he stayed until almost dusk. He checked everything, took it apart, put it back together, and made sure everything was operational. If and when this needs repair or replacement I will call Rite Way and ask that Blain come out again. Finding an honest, efficient repairman these days isn't always what it used to be. Not here. It was a pleasure having him here.
