Best Gas Line Replacement in Tucson AZ

I found my sewer system was plugged and called another plumber. They could not come to my house for 8 days unless I paid an emergency fee. I called Drain Masters and they were at my home in about 45 minutes. Zach G and his apprentice quickly fixed the problem, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had my problem fixed quickly. I will never call another plumbing business. Thank you!

Zing Plumbing came out immediately to shut off my water main. (Tucson Water would not answer their emergency number) Zing came out the next day and repaired the water main leak. I was pleased with the quality and professionalism. Very reasonable cost to have my water main repaired so quickly on a weekend! I would recommend Zing to anyone!!!

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. I had one of your techs come out to do a service maintenance but the tech did not state what he actually did? I think that for 149.00 for ac maintenance the tech should in detail describe the service provided. I was just told my systems are old and end of life but he did not state what he actually did?

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I was in the process of moving the following day when I noticed a leak at my water softener. Anthony picked up my call and understood my concern. He was on another job but ensured me he’d be over same day. He came over later in the afternoon when he could have gone home, looked at my softener and had it repaired in 20 minutes. Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

We used this company and now we have an issue in the same vicinity and they won’t come out and give us a quote without charging us. This is after they told us they’d be there in the morning and did not show up. Every person we talked to was rude (starting w/the girl who answers the phone & others) and dismissive. We called two other plumbing companies and were treated courteously. They both came out and gave us quotes and they are not the ones who did a previous job in the same area.

This company is amazing!! They helped me over the phone with water heater issues. They are an honest company I would recommend them to anyone!

Experienced installer, but problems when putting in water softener. Electrical problem resolved after call to boss. Had to come back due to a hose not connected causing water to spray out. Had to leave to get a splitter to fix it.

I have never been exposed to water heater installations whether in a large area or small one. The entire repair pre-installation and post-installation took 2.5 days with 2 technicians; they did not work as a “team”, rather 1 and then the 2nd one. The water heater these gentlemen installed is a work of art as was the entire process from start to finish. I could write a book on what I experienced however, the most important point was listening to what they did and why; their level of professionalism and their individual abilities to seamlessly work together towards a completion. This was very tight working conditions and even though it was hot, they did the entire job which as the true professionals they are!!! And yes, I could go on and on. What a pleasure to work with these individuals from Coronado Plumbing!!!
