Best Fixtures Replacement in Tucson AZ

In town visiting my in-laws and their hot water heater had been out for a couple of days. Another plumber called and mentioned it would be several days to get parts or he could install a new hot water as he said theirs was on it's last legs being 6 years old. Decided to give Affordable Plumbing a call as they have received great reviews. We called in the morning and someone arrived early evening around 6, as they had said they would. We got lucky as he said he just happened to have the part he needed on the truck and was able to repair the water heater today. He did mention they may need to look into a new one as there is a component on theirs that fails and he's seen it regularly in the area. He didn't make a hard push for a new sale, just mentioned it was something to keep an eye on. We asked ballpark for an estimate on the price of a replacement heater and he quoted a price $350 below the other plumber. When this water heater goes my in-laws will definitely be calling Affordable to handle installation of the new water heater.

My kitchen faucet was leaking due to a faulty Moen design. I obtained a Kohler replacement, but needed someone to install it. I found Affordable Plumbing on the Yelp website with very high ratings, so I called and spoke to Angelo. It wasn't an emergency, so he came out the next day and installed both my kitchen and bathroom faucets. He is cordial, quiet, professional, and did a perfect job at a reasonable price. I would recommend Angelo highly and plan to call him whenever I have a plumbing need.

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day. Zach was very friendly and worked in a timely manner, even with leaving to go get parts that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Had some issues with another company for my septic. First time calling Roter-Rooter and they were able to have someone out the same day. They have an office in Casa Grande but they don't have any Techs so they sent one up from Tucson. They were here at the time given. Joseph Villareal was very professional and ask a few questions about the problem then went right to work. Figured out the issue in minutes. Explain the problem to me and what all needed to be done to repair. I can't vouch for all of Roter-Rooter but if you get Joseph Villareal I can say your in good hands.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

I need my water line replace from the water meter to my house. The had the best price and did what they told me they would do. JW (Justin ) was great. His helper Nathan was very helpful. When they were done you could not tell it was ever done. They had to tear up the concrete and you would never know it was torn up. Great job guys. I would recommend them.
