Company had next day appt and tech was great.
There was a misunderstanding with pricing. However, company fixed issue and we are pleased with the service and the solution.

I cannot say enough good things about Fusion Plumbing and Air. I had been without hot water for over a week and a half, because of a delay in receiving the part needed to fix the water heater. I received the part at noon and Mike and Sam were at my house in less than 30 minutes!! GREAT customer service from Tiffany and Penelope who work in the office. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Today Chris and his assistant Noah installed a new AC unit and they did excellent work. Very nice guys and did their work professionally, friendly, competent. Started and finished up when they said. So very happy with this company for quite a few years. New AC works really well!! Thank you!👍

Had a top notch experience from start to finish with Intelligent Design. From the phone staff to technician to salesperson they treated us with honesty and respect. I really appreciated that they explained how AC s work so I could make the best decisions. We love our new unit and are confident it fits what we need. I'm also confident that ID will be there for us in the future.

Same day service, very fast and thorough.

Called them out to remove an old water softener that was not working and had become an eye sore. The work was complete quickly and for less than the estimate I was given. They even repaired the pipes that the softener was attached to so that you couldn't tell it was ever there. Overall, very impressed with this company.

Hector was just here to repair a toilet leak. He was very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner .

Anthony was quick and fair with a drain pipe clean out. Will use again, if needed.

I've used Day and Knight 5 times over the past few years. Their service is outstanding. They answer the phone, show up on time, and charge reasonable prices. Little jobs or big ones makes no difference. I highly recommend these folks. Never a bad experience. Friendly guys who tell you like it is, & then get it fixed.

My tech Eli M, was professional and informative. He has a great knowledge of installation and products. If I have any other work needed in my home he will be the first one I call.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.
