I had a leak issue going on in a shower and called about 830am by 11am-ish a tech was out and had great education( a few different options) as well as a resolution, left for parts and returned in a quick timely matter and had the issue fixed. We had another popular known name company out and got charged 79.00 just for a truck roll to want to charge me 1400+ . Joshua was a REAL down to earth up front guy/tech. I'm a tech myself and work in homes as well and GREATLY APPRECIATE his customer service and the way he conducted himself. Thanks again JOSHUA!!!!!!

Anthony was on time and knew what he was doing! He found and repaired the leak in our pipe in an hour and was very reasonable~ compared to other exhorbitant quotes we had gotten! Having a water leak is scary and he is totally trustworthy- we’re going to have him come back to do a couple of other smaller jobs~ thanks Anthony!

I called Paul and he answered immediately- Wow!!! We got to talking right away about the sink's problem. He arrived promptly the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained and how to repair it. The work was completed perfectly and he cleaned up so well that I didn't know he was even there. Paul owns his craft!!!

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

I was overcharged $200.00 for an hour and 30 minuets labor that the employee claimed as 3 hours labor. Jerramee, tech # 26 and his co-worker tech # 27 arrived at my home 5 minutes to 8 am and left for a 30 minute run to hardware store for 2 small bolts that were bent from my shower door installation package. I ordered my shower doors online from Home Depot . I planned to do it myself but could not lift the heavy glass doors. Easy installation , top rail with dampeners, bottom rail with bumpers. the neighbors can back my claim that the truck for Pioneer Plumbing was at my house only 1 hour and 30 minutes!!!!! Jerramee charged me $35. for silicone caulking that I bought at Home Depot and the 2 small screws. He charged me $37.25 for his transportation of the big truck which was not needed on this simple installation job. These are truly fraudulent charges and are a crime!!!! the real bad thing is that both doors leak. I had not realized until my floor in front of the doors became mushy from the shower doors not sealed.
I will not recommend them to my friends or family.
July 25,2022 I had the shower door installation, finally on October 21, 2022 Pioneer refunded $159.46 of the $441.25 they charged me for the hour and a half job.

Great service. Showed up within the timeframe I was given and had excellent communication up to that point.
Once the technician arrived I received knowledgeable and professional service.
Highly recommend this company.

I had a pipe break, needed a new hot water heater, Vera got it ordered and scheduled the install in two days.

We had plumbing issues and they rapidly worsened. We wanted a business we could trust, was licensed, bonded and no sub-contractors. We went in late morning, had someone scheduled to come that afternoon SAME day. This was Monday, Alex assessed our plumbing issues. He never tried to up-sell or bully. He was professional and knowledgeable. Wednesday morning Rosindo came and started our repairs. He was with us Thursday too. Friday Tyson changed out our hot water heater. Alex would be available by phone anytime we had any questions and also stopped in periodically. Rosindo and Tyson worked and they worked hard and they put in very full days. They both spoke with us about their progress and were in contact with Alex if we had questions they couldn't answer or for unexpected plumbing issues that came up, and they did. They came up because of our plumbing problems, not because they weren't doing a good job. Al Coronado Plumbing did not abandon us. They stayed with us consistently until all our issues were fixed! They did not put us off for weeks. They had all their materials in stock. Prices were not unreasonable. Alex always made sure we had no questions or concerns. We can't speak highly enough about our experience with Al Coronado Plumbing. We desperately needed a plumbing company that could handle our plumbing issues professionally, knowledgeably and efficiently, and most of all we needed a company we could trust. And we are not disappointed.

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
