He was immediately available and invested from the urgent first calls through to connecting us to the right restoration company to help finish the job and make sure we were completely taken care of. He was INCREDIBLY fast to come assess the situation and was transparent and honest the whole way. We had to buy a new water heater and he had all of the specs and recommendations we needed to feel confident in our choice. His team was professional, competent and I will definitely be using him for all of our future plumbing needs. Incredibly thankful for a great customer service focused company, who helped us in a very stressful time.

I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and helpful technician than John from Goettle Air Conditioning & Plumbing who came to take a look at my water heater when I called for help. He was courteous, dedicated to his job and his craft, listened intently and actively to make sure he understood the problem, and refused to quit until a reasonable solution was found and implemented.At no time did I feel uncomfortable having him in my home, nor did I feel pushed into a sale or service that I didn't feel was for my benefit. Instead, John explained the various options to fix my water heater problem and gave an honest review of what the pros and cons of each option entailed. Even when the whole process took longer than anticipated, John followed up to make sure that I was taken care of. When another technician was needed to assist in finishing the job, David stepped in and together he and John made sure that my new water heater was installed properly - no shortcuts, no slapping it together just to get it done. Both John and David made sure that the water heater was installed absolutely correctly. All the while answering my questions so I could make sure I understood and could maintain my new appliance. I am forever grateful for both John and David - for the excellent service that they provided and for the comfort in knowing that the job was done correctly.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Paul with imperial plumbing was an exceptional experienced plumber. He took care of my clogged shower, also adjusted the water pressure. Making sure I had hot water for winter. He got the job done in a timely manner. Is very polite and professional. The only downside is that he isn’t 24/7 but I would definitely call him again.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
