George has helped me with two plumbing projects. I met him first as the contracted water softener installer. He worked well to install the unit in my desired location which involved additional trenching. All of his work was done superbly and when dealing with him I could tell he took his work seriously and professionally. When my water pipe burst outside my house, he helped me with this repair by providing a number of options and then once again completing the job well. I have been very pleased with his work ethic and professionalism; I'll certainly contact him the next time I need a plumber.

They showed up as promised, diagnosed the problem and fixed it or at least as of now all indications are that they did fix it. Apparently our thermostat was trying to heat and cool the house at the same time which obviously would cause an issue with the fan running constantly. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.

Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

Very disappointed. Office staff were friendly and helpful on the phone, no issue there. The problem is the way the company do business. They were not sure what was wrong with my gas fired heating furnace. So rather than trying to help me get some heating (we had no heat and it was pretty cold at night) they said that due to working to a fixed price process, they could not work on my furnace as the part they thought was faulty might not fix the problem. OK I understand that they can’t work for nothing but the most annoying thing was that they were trying to tell me that they were not working on my furnace to avoid any inconvenience to me! Clearly not true. They were protecting their own interests in case the part they fitted didn’t fix the issue and they had to spend more time on a fixed price deal. Them not fixing my furnace was not in my interest at all. Bad practice. Not happy. Don’t recommend.

I hired BioRemedies to do a Video inspection on the sewer lines of the home my fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing. While this service is not part of the traditional home inspection we (and our realtor) felt that it was important to do for our peace of mind before finalizing the purchase. The company was prompt and efficient and Ken even followed up with me personally to let me know everything looked good! I highly recommend this service for new home buyers! The cost far outweighs the benefit should problems be found !

After calling and be cancelled on the day of by a different company and getting a quote from someone else that didn’t include a permit, I found myself calling Expert Plumbing for a quote to have a gas line run to my kitchen for a stove. I was impressed immediately. The office staff was professional, let me know that they would call when someone was in my area as that was how they did free quotes. I anticipated needing to wait a week or so, and didn’t expect a call later that day. Someone came just a few hours later, gave me a thorough and efficient quote that didn’t cut any corners. We decided an hour or so after they left to go ahead and schedule. Boy was I happy when they could come the following Monday! Even better when they called and said they had a cancellation for Friday, and would that work for me?

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and were respectful of my kids and dog. They did a neat job, and left the work area tidy. They saved me money on something Home Depot insisted I buy for the stove, that I did not need. Just about a week later they came with the gas company for an inspection with my permit. Great, professional and honest service, I could not be happier. I called in the morning to have a pipe repaired that split/broke overnight. The plumber arrived before noon and got everything fixed in great shape. He gave me feedback and suggestions to avoid the problem going forward. Very reasonable fee.
