We replaced our swamp cooler with AC from Intelligent Design a few years ago. It works great and service including our annual check this week have been excellent. Eli was great! Communicated what time he would be arriving and answered all of our questions. Very friendly and professional service.

The best in town! The front office staff is communicative, fast, and easy to work with. Nick came out to do the diagnosis and later, the repairs. He was on time, very friendly, respectful, and efficient. Williamson’s heating and cooling fixed our furnace at a quarter of the cost that a competing company quoted us. I will definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs.

Zach was our technician and he was simply amazing! Came in to do his job. Explained everything he was doing. It was so quick and thorough. We will definitely be requesting Zach from now on!
