I've had a terrible time with the company Air Tropics. Rude workers, no shows, NEVER come out same day. This company however, I called at 6:30 at night. Showed within 30 minutes. Fixed my a/c. Charged a reasonable price and provided great service. I'd recommend them any day.

I had George's company come out to fix a leaking faucet (which turned out to be MANY issues). The job was finished in a professional manner. A couple of month's later another problem appeared and I called them to come back. I told him that I thought it was a problem that we had created and not at all an issue with their work. He went straight to work and fixed much more than what I had reported - again professional. While he was here, he also checked EVERY plumbing fixture in the house (inside and out) and made some recommendations. I'll use them again!

Cody and billy were excellent. Water heater was not working properly called on Sunday and spoke with Cody came out 1st thing Monday morning installed new heater went over all specifics and reviewed on how to flush tank awesome service highly recommend Cody and billy and drsinmasters

To change a couple of small washers in my faucet they said it would cost $387.00 and that was with a senior discount...I live on social security....that's almost half of my check..So I wouldn't ne able to pay rent or buy food...not a very nice place over charging the elderly..I will live with my leaky. Jeff and his crew are Brilliant, not only do they know what they are doing they make it look easy. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I was in the process of moving the following day when I noticed a leak at my water softener. Anthony picked up my call and understood my concern. He was on another job but ensured me he’d be over same day. He came over later in the afternoon when he could have gone home, looked at my softener and had it repaired in 20 minutes. Paul from Imperial plumbing was great and very helpful! He was responsive and made sure his availability was flexible to get the job done around our schedule. I also love how he communicated everything to me as to what was wrong and what needed to be done. I felt well informed and confident that I was receiving quality service. Tyler and Drew were awesome. They fixed my AC which is on a second floor roof. They were polite, knowledgeable, and personable. I would love to have them check my AC every year.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.
