Best Bathroom in Tucson AZ

Woke up in the morning with my house at 85° and the a.c. not working. Called around 7am and Sean came out by 9am. Got to the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the whole process as he went and showed me what the problem was. My a.c. is now up and running again cooling the house down. So impressed with the efficent response time and quality of the work. Absolutely will be recommending them to everyone I know!

STAY FAR AWAY.

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Tom with Silverado really came through for me this weekend. Taking care of my tenant’s emergency in a timely and professional manner as well as provide a comprehensive explanation of the issue and how to avoid the problem in the future. Thanks for saving the day!!!
