Plumbers Kings kept on top of working with 2-10 Home Warranty and they very transparent in letting us know the progress. We are so happy to work with Chris and his team, they are outstanding. They replaced our water heater with a brand new unit that was up to code.

I called at 8 am on a Thursday and was told Billy would probably arrive between noon and 2. Perhaps it was just luck with his schedule but he ended up being able to arrive at around 10 am. He was very friendly, happy to answer questions, and very knowledgeable. An all around awesome guy to deal with.I didn't have a visible cleanout between the house and the sewer so he just got on the roof and went through the vent up there with his snake and said he felt something at about 45 feet but got it moving along. He then snaked even further, I think to about 75 feet and said he found no other clogs.I showed him some of the pipes going into the house and he said they looked pretty bad and I should consider getting them replaced. He wasn't pushy about it at all and I honestly am very thankful he pointed it out. I can't deal it currently but now I know I have to put it on my list of things to do.He also told me that I might want to look into getting a cleanout installed and told me how to contact the City to see if they had any record of a one being installed in the past.Long story short, I am very happy with the service provided and will be calling Cal's in the future if I have plumbing issues.

My mainline pipe burst so I was without water all weekend. I had called a previous company that was going to charge $$$$ for a simple repair. I called Rite Way for 2nd opinion they were able to squeeze me on cold Monday afternoon. Marco Bareeda was awesome, very friendly. He took care of my issue in about hour or so. It only cost me a fraction what another company quoted me. My neighbors have the same issue with mainline pipes. My next-door even earned their business to fix his issue as well. High recommend !!

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

Strongbuilt sent Rene Lizarraga and his helper Adon (sp?) out to install a drain and extend a gas line when we moved the washer and dryer out to the garage.They did a fine job. I tend to ask questions, sometimes a lot of questions. Rene was more than happy to answer them all and provide extra information - thanks, Rene. I would definitely use Strongbuilt again.

Courteous Service and great technical knowledge during our service call today for a clogged drain.

Had a pipe crack outside the house this morning. Called them at 0745, and got the voicemail. Check the website again and it said they're open 8am-6pm every day. So called again at 8 and 0815, but got the same voicemail. Left 2 messages asking for assistance, but no call back. Hopefully just a miscommunication problem.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Called and spoke with Michael who was not Very welcoming when he answered phone...Michael stated he would call me back in 30 minutes and send someone..30 minutes passed..and No one.. someone finally showed up..Jeremy was Great!!! He fixed our back up issues in hour...Thank you Jeremy!!

They came out to the house (on a Friday) and found out the problem within 20-30 mins. He didn’t have the part needed to fix our issue. He came back out today (Tuesday) with the part needed to complete the job and had it done within 25 mins. Awesome technician and I would hire them again for future plumbing needs.

I always dread any time anything happens to my air conditioning, living in AZ, AC is a must. My air conditioning recently decided to stop working and being that I am a single mom, I don't have a lot of extra cash. I had over 5 companies come to my home to give me an estimate and honestly, Alaskan and their tech didn't even compare to the others. From the minute I called to make an appointment to the time the tech left my home, I felt like all my concerns were addressed without my wallet taking a huge hit. I will be using Alaskan moving forward as well as recommending them to my friends and family.

They came out to fix my hot water heater but it went out again in 2 hours and I called the warranty service I have and they called them again and sent out a fix order. They called me and set up a time and I waited for them and they were a no show not once but 3 different times and I still have no hot water. My conclusion now is they have no intentions of coming out to fix it.
