I have used this company on many occasions. They have always supplied professional, prompt service. Zach and George have been fantastic. We had a huge leak under the foundation, they came out right away and made sure we had water. They re piped the whole house and answered all of my endless questions with patience. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

We have been customers of Arico and have never been disappointed with their quality of work and service. For our most recent call our technician John showed up on time and was personable and professional and made sure not to leave a mess behind when the job was done. My Joe Homeowner attempt at plumbing that had gone sideways was quickly resolved and he gave me the names of a couple places in town that I could try for the hard to find parts for our 40 year old faucets. He even took the time to give me some pointers on how to finish up another project that is going to save me time and avoid some aggravation. Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

7-10-2023 Kasey was at our home taking care of older home stuff. We showed him a flex line that corroded in less than a year. It was fixed in a jiffy. A year ago he put on a timed instant hot. We do not waste water while waiting for it to heat up. Only runs during peak times. Update. 6-29-2022. We have since last review used Kasey at our older home. He and his crew have modernized the plumbing. Very easy to work with. He installed a toilet that is pretty much self cleaning. Everyone should have one./// Casey was great at 2 properties. He scoped the 1 property for us.

I had called another plumber earlier, but got an answering machine. When they still had not returned my call an hour later, I called Roto Rooter. I am so glad I did. I got to talk to a real person, who assured me that they could have a plumber with me in less than 2 hours. In actuality, it was only about 30 minutes. They fixed the problem and the price was very good. The men were polite and knowledgeable. I think from now on, I won't bother with any other plumber. Roto Rooter will be my first choice.

I've been working with OTW Plumbing for about a year now. I've worked with several other plumbers previously, but was not satisfied and kept looking. Until I found Sergio and OTW, that is. He's skilled, knowledgeable and does excellent work. Also, very responsive and always on time. Very glad I found him.

I recently called Plumb Plumbing to fix a few items in my kitchen. I was checking underneath the kitchen sink after the plumber had finished, and I noticed that the base board in the cabinet (where he had been working) was broken. I asked the plumber about it, and he admitted that it had broken while he was working.

This was odd, the guy was not going to tell me that he broke it until I noticed something.

Anyways, I had the plumber call his boss, because if a worker breaks something, I feel they or their company should replace it. The boss took a look at the broken base board and determined that because it was not plywood (the correct type of material in his opinion), he would not be replacing it. I told him that the type of material is irrelevant. What is important, as I explained to him, is that companies have integrity and do the right thing. I told him quite clearly that he could do the right thing by having his company fix the base board which was broken by one of his employees, or do the wrong thing by doing nothing. He responded by telling me he would not fix it.

Plumb Plumbing has shown a lack of integrity by treating a customer this way. I will personally never reach out to them again for any future work, and would recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

He was top level Professional from our 1st phone conversation. He knew just what I was talking about. A 20 year old shower Valve stuck on HOT. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE and it was what I gladly wrote out the check amount for. He is Honest and trustful.
