As a home service Professional myself, I am very selective with who I chose to invite to do any repairs on my home. After checking out the great reviews and getting competitive estimates I chose to move forward with Austin and DrainMedics and was not disappointed. After permitting for our repair was done, which they take care of, Austin and his apprentice knocked out there complete repair in one day and we are very grateful for the excellent repair! After experiencing a six-fold increase in our monthly water usage to over 39,000 gallons—with no pool, spa or obvious leaks—we started calling plumbers. Began by asking friends for recommendations which led to a couple contacts; both of which said they were too busy but “knew a guy that . . .” While waiting for call-backs that never came, we decided to visit Google and there Affordable was near the top. We found the website very informative and user-friendly; and discovered they serviced our area in Catalina. Our first call resulted in a prompt visit the same day. Affordable’s owner Angelo, and capable sidekick Rick, quickly located and repaired a massive leak under our home. They also repaired a nagging leak I had attempted to fix in one of our showers, replaced a broken hose bib and installed a missing hot water shut-off valve near our water heater. All their work was completed swiftly, professionally and at a more than reasonable cost. We would wholeheartedly recommend Affordable Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Great team of workers Luke has, came within 5 minutes of us calling! Really dedicated to finding ANY leaks in the home and outside, went above and beyond what we needed! Then he came back and helped us be at ease with an outside water problem I had texted him about! It’s days like this, where it all goes wrong.. cleaning up a vacation rental as it’s being remodeled and behold, the laundry drains the water as it back flows into all the showers, tubs and you know it under a toilet running through the house! Freaked out, I post request and 3 companies were given the area and immediate need. Only Brian responded within seconds, asked the diagnostics of the issue and was out with in a few hours. What a mess he came to, he fixed the issues, cleaned out the lines and even cleaned up the mess! People like Brian take the nightmare out of “stuff happens”! He was smart, professional, accommodating, clean, and well prepared! The bill was so reasonable I could only praise! I’ve had other plumbers try to squeeze every penny and time to create more problems, Not Brian! No games! No brainer, keeping his contact close!

Ben, Sharman and the rest of the On the Side Plumbing team are true professionals. I own an old building and have many plumbing issues. We have dealt with a few different local companies in town and have found Ben to be honest and true to his word. I would highly recommend On the Side Plumbing. Whether you have a clogged drain or bad gas line, nothing is too big or small for them.

Ram plumbing was quick to respond to our request. They arrived on time and the work was done very well. They cleaned up and made it look like they were never here. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.
