The plumber arrived in and restored an problem with the shower in a new house, which wasn’t a straightforward fix. He was able to figure out the best way to do it, and then assessed a separate issue (house did not have a pressure release valve on the main water in) and addressed it.

The repairmen I had was professional and knowledgeable. He told me what was wrong and now we are going to be able to get a new unit just as soon as we get the paperwork so we can turn it in to our insurance. I appreciate the efficiency he had and being on time. I wish more fix men were like him and he was yet professional at the same time. Thank you

They quickly arrived and as I directed they replaced the water heater which needed replacing. That did not solve my leak trouble which turns out to be probably in the foundation. They will come out again and take care of that when we can schedule the next appointment. I am satisfied so far.

I contacted to three other places before deciding to go with . They we the cheapest by far but also knew what they were talking about when quoting the job. One place was 3 times more expensive and another tried to tell me that they had to reroute the entire plumbing from the street valve to my home shut off valve. They showed up when they told me they would and the project was done and effectively! They did a superb job cleaning up and even fixed the landscaping around the valve. I will most call them again for all my plumbing needs and would recommend to anyone who asks! Thank you for the price, professionalism and doing it so quickly.

I have used Herbert for years. I have their annual upkeep program they come twice a year to insure. My or furnace are in fantastic condition. My is over 20 years old and they recommend i get a new A/C but as long as it keeps working, I’m happy with it They are not pressuring me to replace it. Which I think is rather nice.

The two guys were wonderful! My husband is sick in the hospital and they even helped me put items in my truck when they saw me struggling. They are an asset to your company.

They arrived out the same day I called. Joel was punctual and professional. He wore shoe covers and requested if we would prefer he’d mask. He rapidly saw the source of the leak and showed my husband how to fix it himself as it was an easy fix. It was excellent service and I would recommend! After Sam replaced our water heater we were so impressed by his work that we had them come back out two days later to our replace our sump pump and an outside water faucet. They were great! We had a clog in a bathroom sink drain that was further down the line than I was comfortable dealing with (not to mention that I suck at plumbing). I was continually updated on their availability and schedule, and the repairman came promptly, took care of the complication and was courteous and professional.

Eric was a thoughtful and went right to job upon arrival. His training and skill were obvious. He knows his the scheduling person failed to notify me that the original repairman was not going to come. After he was an hour late, I called and was told he didn't respond to contact attempts. Eric who did come drove about 60 miles from his last worksite. The price was a bit high, actually double the last time a local plumber had to do this. Otherwise I am satisfied with the results.
